💙 June is Men’s Health Awareness Month — and it’s time to talk about what matters most.

This month, I’m dedicating my platform to raising awareness about men’s health and encouraging important conversations that can save lives. Too often, men focus on being strong for everyone else while neglecting their own physical and mental well-being. True strength includes taking care of yourself.

One of the most important topics we need to discuss is prostate cancer. It is one of the most common cancers affecting men, yet many delay screenings because they feel healthy or are unaware of the warning signs. The reality is that early detection can make a life-saving difference.

Throughout June, I’ll be sharing educational resources, health tips, and information to help men better understand their health, recognize potential warning signs, and learn about risk factors and prevention strategies.

If you’re a man age 50 or older—or age 45 with a family history of prostate cancer—speak with your healthcare provider about prostate cancer screening.

Men spend so much time caring for their families, careers, and communities. This month, let’s encourage them to prioritize themselves, too.

⭐ Beef is usually milder in taste.
⭐ Learning never stops—even in the kitchen!
⭐ Family conversations make cooking more fun.

❓ Did you know the difference between mutton and beef?

👇 Answer: Mutton comes from an adult sheep, while beef comes from a cow.

In Memory of Alan Greenspan

March 6, 1926 – June 22, 2026

Today we honor the life and legacy of Alan Greenspan, one of the most influential economists of the modern era. As Chairman of the Federal Reserve from 1987 to 2006, he helped shape U.S. monetary policy through decades of economic change and uncertainty.

His impact on economics, finance, and public service will be remembered for generations.

May he rest in peace.

🕊️ Please share your thoughts, memories, or reflections on his legacy in the comments below.

Today, I honor the memory of my father.

It has been 46 years since he passed away, but his presence remains with me every single day. He did not leave behind wealth, expensive possessions, or material treasures. Instead, he gave me something far more valuable—an education, wisdom, knowledge, perseverance, discipline, and the understanding that hard work opens doors.

Everything I have accomplished is built upon the foundation he laid for me. His teachings continue to guide my decisions, strengthen my character, and inspire me to keep moving forward, even during life’s challenges.

The greatest inheritance is not money; it is the values, lessons, and principles that shape a person’s life. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Thank you, Dad, for the gifts that time can never take away. You are deeply loved, greatly missed, and forever remembered. ❤️🕊️
