RECOVER is Neighbors Counseling's trauma-focused Intensive Outpatient Program for adults (18+) navigating PTSD, Complex PTSD, dissociative disorders (including DID), chronic stress, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, grief, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health challenges that may benefit from structured support.

Participants work toward building emotional regulation, emotional flexibility, healthy interpersonal skills, resilience, emotional safety, and meaning and value in daily life.

Participants work toward building emotional regulation, emotional flexibility, resilience, healthy interpersonal skills, and practical tools for everyday life.

We faced our fears today at our Denton Neighbors Networking Event!

A huge thank you to Baqi Martin, Jana Jansson, and Angela Leach from OCD Anxiety Centers for their entertaining, informative, and interactive presentation. Attendees were given a sneak peek into what clients experience during treatment by participating in an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) exercise. Together, we identified our fears, challenged our assumptions, and explored the principles behind this highly effective treatment approach.

If you're not familiar with OCD Anxiety Centers, they specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety disorders. They offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Virtual Intensive Outpatient (VIOP) programs for both adolescents and adults, with locations in Richardson and Arlington.
