North Texas GI Weight Loss provides medically supervised treatment with GLP-1 medications and peptides.

Our clinic has used these therapies for more than six years and has been voted Best of Denton County 4 years in a row. That experience guides how we select treatment, adjust dosing, and monitor patients for adverse effects. Options may include semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other peptides, determined after evaluation by our physician-led team.

Our RNs, MAs, and/or certified personal trainers provide weekly accountability sessions and injections. Lipo-Mino, NAD+, and other injections are available with our non-prescription and prescription plans.

Because these programs operate within a gastroenterology practice, we can address gastrointestinal side effects associated with these medications in the same clinical setting.

Hemorrhoids are common — and they don’t have to be something you live with.

Nearly half of adults experience them by age 50. Creams and ointments can ease itching or bleeding for a time, but they do not treat the source.

Dr. Panzer offers in-office hemorrhoid banding with the CRH O’Regan System:
• Procedure takes about 60 seconds
• Typically little to no discomfort
