Requirements:
• 1–2 years of US Healthcare RCM experience
• Strong medical billing operations knowledge
• End-to-end RCM process understanding
• Client account management experience
• Focus on operational excellence
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and dashboards
• Experience with EMRs/EHRs and billing software
• Knowledge of payer portals and follow-ups
