Hey you- have we introduced you to Lew (Lewis Stewart ⛓️Denver tattoo artist⛓️)? Lewis is a sweet and silly guy with some real skill! He’s a second generation tattooer and has been tattooing for 9 years in Colorado. Lew’s work is a balance of traditional Japanese and American traditional - but he’s been known to be easily persuaded to do other styles of work. Have we introduced you to Eric yet? Here is a selection of our favorite tattoos by him! Eric Eric Griffin has been tattooing for eight years and specializes in black and grey, realism, and illustrative work and has become a go-to guy for anime tattoos. Eric would love to take on more projects in the realm of medieval, gothic, and dark fantasy imagery, with an interest in tattooing more ladyheads (think witchy, sorceress, warrior women)!
He began his career with his apprenticeship in Korea, after his graduation from art university (BFA in studio arts in Anchorage) in addition to a year of figure study at an art school in Florence, Italy. Upon finishing his apprenticeship, Eric returned to the US, and has spent most of his tattooing career within Colorado.
When Eric isn’t tattooing he’s painting minis, playing board games, working on his motorcycles, and working out. 💪
Eric is very kind, professional, humble, and such a talented guy and we are so lucky to have him at Think Tank!
