We proudly serve Medicaid and Medicare clients, specializing in skilled nursing, case management, and HCBS waiver services, including IHSS. Our clients are often those overlooked by traditional systems—low-incom

e families, aging adults, and individuals with disabilities who deserve more than just checkbox care. We collaborate closely with nonprofit partners, HCBS agencies, and therapy providers to ensure holistic, wraparound support for the people we serve. In an industry known for burnout, we’ve maintained a staff turnover rate of under 1% over the last eight years. In home care, it is easy to get caught up in the schedules, the miles, the paperwork, and all the little things that need attention. But tucked inside all of that are the moments that make the work worth it: a laugh with a client, a small win, a good cup of coffee, or simply knowing you made someone’s day a little easier.

So yes, handle the bees. Just don’t forget to taste the honey. 💛
