💜 Happy Ostomy Awareness Day! 💜

Today, October 3rd, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and stories of people living with an ostomy.

At OstomyRN, we know that an ostomy journey is about so much more than learning how to change a pouch. It’s about rebuilding confidence, finding the right products, managing leaks and skin issues, asking the questions you didn’t even know you had, and realizing that life with an ostomy can still be a very full life.

This year, we’ve had the privilege of supporting patients through their ostomy journey, providing education, troubleshooting, encouragement, and a place to turn when things felt overwhelming.

That’s exactly why OstomyRN exists. No one should have to figure out ostomy care alone.

Today we celebrate every ostomate, caregiver, family member, and healthcare professional who is part of this community. 💜
