This Saturday we'll be at Greenwood Park, giving FREE 10 minute massages during the Des Moines Dirty Duathlon & Trail Festival.

It's put on by the Central Iowa Trail Association: about 3 miles of trail running and
about 12 miles on the mountain bike, plus group rides, a group run, yoga and a hike
through the day.

If you haven't met us yet, we're an Urbandale studio for sports massage, deep tissue, cupping and stretching, and personal training.

Racing, riding, running, hiking or just there to hang out, if you're 18 or older, come find us near the Jay Spence Shelter. No charge.
