Family means everything to me!! ❣️ ❣️❣️

Being a is all I've known.
Raising my girls with fortitude and strength. Crying and yelling when the going got tough! 😭

My girls are now but I'm still here. Pushing through. 🤤

It's tough but it's also VERY REWARDING!
It's built my confidence, my stamina, my strength, my knowledge, my emotional wellness, my power, my spirit...and much, much more! Even when the days are hard, we find a way. 💪

Health and wellness gave me the strength to go at it alone. I know that. I latched on to fitness and holistic health over 20 years ago and it has sustained me. 🔥

I appreciate all I have and know that more will come. My girls are my world and my world is Holy and Divine!
