Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center will be closed today, Tuesday, September 1.

I’m still recovering from being sick and am not feeling well enough to safely manage a full shop day today, so I’m giving myself a little more time to recover rather than pushing it.

We plan to return to our regular schedule as soon as possible.

I finally got the companion video for Lunar Eclipse & The Great Release: What Are You Done Carrying? finished—and it ended up becoming more than simply a video version of the article.

In this 16-minute discussion, I dig further into lunar eclipse energy, release, endings, emotional weight, old patterns, and the things we sometimes keep carrying simply because we have carried them for so long.

Shop Closed Today Due to Water Main Break | Des Moines New Age shop.

💧 SHOP CLOSED TODAY — TUESDAY, AUGUST 25

Due to a water main break near 50th & Douglas, Merle Hay Mall is currently without water.

Because this affects basic facilities and our ability to operate normally, Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center will be closed today, Tuesday, August 25.

We plan to return to our regular schedule once water service has been restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

A quick update from Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center — we’ve adjusted our regular weekly hours to better match our current staffing schedule.

🕰️ Our new regular hours are:

🌙 Monday: Closed
✨ Tuesday: 11 AM–6 PM
🌙 Wednesday: 1 PM–8 PM
✨ Thursday: 11 AM–6 PM
🌙 Friday: 11 AM–8 PM
✨ Saturday: 11 AM–8 PM
🌙 Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM

These are our regular shop hours. Any special events, fairs, guest readers, or occasional schedule changes will be announced separately here on Facebook and on our website.

Tonight's Psychic Roundtable will be rescheduled for next Tuesday at 9 PM.

Something unexpected has come up that needs my full attention this evening, so we're going to move tonight's conversation to next week rather than try to squeeze in a show when I can't give it the attention it deserves.
