A follow up from yesterday's post.( A Neuroscientist's view on how our brain comprehends grief.)
Reiki can be something beneficial to help you work through Grief and loss.
During Reiki sessions I do allow loved ones to come through. (This isn't a full medium reading)
What I have witnessed during Reiki sessions is the ability for the participant to feel their loved one beside them. They are also more in tuned to receive messages and see signs more clearly.
Reiki helps to bring energetic balance within. Releasing stuck energy, emotions, past experiences etc... this clears the way for you to be more in tune to yourself and receive those messages.
It can and should be a process of healing.
It's a beautiful experience that I love helping people with 💗

Are you wanting to truly find yourself? If you are finding it hard to navigate this on your own, Reiki is a great tool that can help you dig deeper, find peace and clarity.
I have worked with many people for multiple years through Reiki sessions. Their steadfast work has really helped them have a better quality of life.
It's such a wonderful journey to witness! Although it isn't always pleasant it's necessary.
It always amazes me how beautiful the healing process is 💗

Hello Everyone 👋
It's been a while since I have shared about myself and the work that I do. I appreciate all of you who follow my page and all of my clients!!!
I am a Dubuque Iowa native. As a child I experienced visits from spirit. My faith has always been something that is important to me.
Growing up I was definitely a free spirit. Never wanted to be put in a box. I am still that way!
I love having new experiences and welcome change. (Well most of the time 😉)
I have been married for 27 years we have two boys. 💗
We have two fur babies as well!
I have worked with the public in some capacity for 35+ years. From food service to hair stylist. I have been doing Medium readings for my full-time work for 11 going on 12 years now.
It's evolved and changed through the years. I am also a certified Reiki master and I co-own One. Sound Meditation Studio with my dear friend Trish.
This is something that has been an important part of my life since 2013.
I take my work very seriously and love to help people.
You can find me outside in nature on my free time I like to go to the gym and be with family and friends.
I am very blessed to have wonderful supportive family and friends 💗💗💗
