Hello! I just want to touch base with you about my July schedule. (This might be a lengthy post) Also, I will be offering a very special price for phone readings! ( I will post at the bottom.)
My decision to work from home is about my own self care. The bridge going into the town I work in will be closed for the majority of the summer. With other road construction going on in town. Plus I can't fully rely on the other bridge being open all the time.
The last few months I have been focusing on myself more. This will allow me to continue to do this self care instead of stressing out about my commute.
Taking care of my physical and mental health is so important especially if I want to continue to do the work that I do. I expect a certain level of professionalism and compassion from myself for everyone I work with. The last couple of years have really depleted me. I cannot continue to see 55+ clients a month. I have adjusted my schedule to accommodate this. Energy work and medium work makes me tap into a sacred special place. I need to take care of the sacred place within. I am here to serve those in need. But I cannot do it when my tank is empty.
I also want to make sure I walk the talk I share with so many! The advice I offer I would take my self. Probably because I have been through something similar and I can empathize with you. Or the fact that I've worked with the public for 30 some years. You get to really know people. I love working with people so much! I want to continue this work as long as I can. I want to give you all my best!
I am currently back at the CrossFit gym that I love so dearly. There's a spectacular group of ladies that I work out with there. It's a great stress reliever for me. I also have been doing yoga once a week. And trying to attend special events there. I also have been working through my own healing journey. This is something we are always continuously doing in our own lives and should. Some days are hard. Some days are easy but it's well worth it!
We are also in that Sandwich era of our lives. Still still have kids at home plus taking care of our aging parents. I wouldn't have it any other way. We are so very blessed!
I will put out my August calendar when I figure out when we are going to our happy place 🏔️ in August.
I cannot be more Thankful for this work. The people who I have gotten to know and love so dearly!

We have had some things going on in our home lately.
I wanted some confirmation. I reached out to these wonderful ladies!
They are still going through information they collected. But it confirmed what I was thinking.
We all get used to our own environments. For me it can be hard to read my own family, friends and home.
I trust these ladies 100%!
No bs. They practice safe investigating!
