Crystal, a staff member in our Bridges to Success North division, was selected as our BTS North Employee of the Month!
This isn't Crystal's first time being employee of the month, which tells you she's always going above and beyond. Below is the nomination she received:
"I would like to nominate Crystal Wright for Employee of the Month.
What can I say about Crystal? She is always willing to help, incredibly flexible, kind, caring, and consistently goes above and beyond for the people she supports. She has a way of making every client feel important and valued.
Recently, Crystal spent part of her Friday evening helping a client gather the information he needed to renew his lease. Without that support, he was at risk of losing his housing. Crystal recognized how stressful the situation was becoming for him and was determined to help him avoid a crisis. Thanks to her dedication and willingness to step in, he was able to get what he needed and move forward without the stress of this situation.
Crystal also recently spent time supporting a client through some difficult emotions. During that conversation, the client was able to open up about concerns she had been holding onto for quite some time. Since then, she has appeared much calmer, more relaxed, and happier overall. Crystal's patience, compassion, and ability to connect with people truly made a difference.
