Incorporated in 2012, AHL Healthcare Group was formed to act as a parent company for At Home Living, BRIDGES to Success, and Wesley Residence of Duluth, MN. As new opportunities presented themselves and services were diversified, Chris Priley created an umbrella group to house each licensed entity. AHL Healthcare Grou

p today employs more than 250 staff and serves over 175 adults of all different ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. However, each division holds the same values which are:
• All services will be offered and run in a profitable manner
• We will strive for 100% compliance with licensing and employment law regulations
• We will ensure our facilities look and feel like a home we would want for ourselves or a loved one.
• We will employ educated staff; providing training, support and resources to further their knowledge and promote confidence in their delivery of service.
• We will structure services to help those we serve lead active, healthy and meaningful lives of their choice.
• We will ensure our residents are respected and cared for as individual people.
• We will serve people in the least restrictive environment appropriate for their need
• We will strive to maintain a positive image by giving back to the community

The guys from Ned’s Ranch House enjoyed a beautiful day out at Lake George! ☀️🌊 They packed a picnic, enjoyed some great food, and spent time relaxing and taking in the beautiful views at the lake. It’s such a nice park and the perfect place to enjoy a little time outdoors!

🎪🎡 Step right up... the Metro Carnival was in town! 🎡🎪

Our Metro homes and Day Program came together for our yearly carnival, and what an amazing day it was! ☀️🎉

The day was filled with games, prizes, a GIANT slide, face painting, music, dancing, delicious food, and so much more! 🎯🎁🎶🍔

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, fun, and memories made throughout the day. ❤️

Shout out to the Fridley Fire Department Professional Firefighter Local-1986 for coming by and spending some time with us. We all really enjoyed your company!

🎟️ Thank you to everyone who came out and joined in the fun! A HUGE thank you as well to everyone who helped organize, set up, and keep the day running smoothly. Events like this wouldn't be possible without such an amazing team! 👏

The guys from Woodland House hit the road for a fun-filled adventure at FAWN-DOE-ROSA in St. Croix Falls! 🌲☀️

We wanted to take a moment to share our July Admin/Supervisory Employee of the Month winner for July, Darcell! Our Afton Program Coordinator.

During a recent quality assurance inspection, one of her staff reported: “Darcell as a house manager has been amazing. Out of all of the house managers that I have worked for over the last 20 years, she is the most attentive and interactive with staff as well as residents. For example, when I was in the hospital, she took the time out of her day to check on me; to make sure that I was OK and that I was resting. It honestly made me cry a little at how much she cared and I will be forever appreciative of that."
