Here's a couple of clips from Menamy's "Fighting on the Move" seminar at NC Systema in 2023, where we focused on using the energy generated from movement to find the next move.

Systema Camp 2026 was a blast. 🔥 The NC Systema crew came in full force — some may say, like a village. The best of times.

Great training, great people, lots of nature. We moved to relax, swam to move, and let the lake, sauna and massage do the rest.

And congrats to our new instructor, Austin! Well deserved 👏

Until next time

Excellent workshop on Softwork in Systema with Jeff Sodeman this past weekend. Directing movement by connecting with the fascia. Making small movements to change structure. Creating structure and taking it away. All are great tools to effectively influence movement and structure in a combative scenario.

Up next, we have Mobility in Ground Fighting with Pasquale Antonio. This workshop will explore Systema free work concepts emphasizing creative problem solving while transitioning from engagement on the ground to standing. Saturday 5/30/26, 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM.
