My first session of the day ~ I was quietly working on someone’s hand and wrist… I heard in my mind the words “friendship” and “childhood” and as I held her wrist I heard “friendship bracelet,” then as I continued to hold the energy points her whole body just felt like it began unwinding the energy around it.

Fast forward to after her session I told her all of that…she laughed a bit and told me a week ago a childhood friend just stopped talking to her for an unknown reason, and she was just talking about it with someone this morning!

Energy work is fascinating… your body leads, and I just follow to help you release whatever it is 💫🥰

Another person said she’s had energy work done before and this was the best session she’s had 🥰🩷

And the last person I just worked with said I touched multiple points on her body that have been giving her physical discomfort and they were feeling better! 🥰
