Fresh ink? Give it time before you float.

A new tattoo is an open wound, and our float cabins use a high concentration of Epsom salt. Getting in too soon can sting, and the salt water can pull color and cause fading you really do not want.

Our guidance: wait at least 3 to 4 weeks, and only once your tattoo is fully healed with no scabbing, peeling, or tenderness. Healing time varies from person to person, so let your skin be your guide and follow your artist’s aftercare advice.

The same goes for our cold plunge.

Meet Joseph.
A Licensed Massage Therapist who believes true rest happens in the present moment.

Modern life speeds us up beyond our natural pace, leaving us like a rock skipping across the surface of a lake. That lake is your depth of life force. Joseph’s work helps you slow down, sink beneath the surface, and reach the nourishment already within you.

Since 2017 he’s trained in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and table Thai massage, working in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, and craniosacral techniques. Every session centers on presence and slowness.
