We know it's easy to lose track of time scrolling, but excessive screen use is heavily linked to sleep disruption, eye strain, and increased anxiety.

Every 20 minutes, look at an object at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. This simple technique relaxes your eye muscles and helps prevent digital eye strain.
