During these hot summer days, many of us are spending more time outdoors. While you're enjoying the sunshine, don't forget to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

A few simple steps can make a big difference:

👒 Wear hats and sunglasses
👕 Cover up with lightweight, protective clothing
🌳 Seek shade, especially during the hottest parts of the day

🥗 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY 🩺

Chippewa Valley Free Clinic is looking for a volunteer Registered Dietitian to support our patients and community.

We are seeking someone available 1–2 times per month during either our Tuesday evening or Thursday clinic hours. This is a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing nutrition education and support to uninsured and underserved patients in the Chippewa Valley area.
