What happens when you've actually gotten rid of all the tick infections, but you still feel horrible?

You need to give your body some extra TLC to help recover and rebuild what's been harmed.

Why don't many Lyme doctors retest Lyme and co-infections? This always confounds me.

If you're 6, 9, 12 months, or further into a Lyme program, retest to find out what has been successful and unsuccessful in the program thus far.

Typically, in our office, chronic Lyme takes 6-18 months to recover from.

A six-month recovery time is lightning fast. It usually takes longer if you've had it for decades.

Why have we been getting so many patients from other Lyme doctors? Because we aim at the right things.

Something we run into often--doctors not giving antibiotics for Lyme disease unless there's a bullseye rash.

This has to stop.

Compared to antibiotics, can herbals actually help chronic Lyme patients?

“In my experience, the herbal route works well in the same timeframe and has fewer side effects and a lower chance of recurrence.” -- Dr. Kyle Warren

Whether you’re going after Lyme or in the repairing process, one of Dr. Warren's favorite brain-supporting, nerve-healing nutrients is lion’s mane. Many patients also find ginkgo beneficial as it supports blood flow to the brain and can improve memory problems.

Sometimes, neurological inflammation can be improved through the natural anti-inflammatories we include in the Lyme program. Japanese knotweed, which is frequently in Dr. Warren's Lyme disease protocol, along with other brain-boosting herbs and nutrients, can help improve dopamine and serotonin levels.

To get better from Lyme and co-infections, you need to do three things:

➔ Support the immune system (because it’s currently losing the fight). Effective immune boosters like cat’s claw, Andrographis, reishi, vitamins A, C, D, and more can help support your immune system.

➔ Dissolve biofilms and directly attack/kill the Lyme bacteria and co-infections with herbs like oregano, garlic, Chinese skullcap, cryptolepis, cloves, and more. There are many natural antibiotics that can be used. We have to balance this with immune support and detoxification to eliminate the “herx” or die-off reactions.

➔ Repair the parts of your body that have been damaged with micronutrients and other support.

Keep in mind that just taking a bunch of oregano probably won't help. You need an approach tailored to your body's unique needs.
