New season, new rhythms. 🌊✨ The summer schedule officially goes live on Monday, June 1st, and we have some shifts designed to support your summer alchemy!

I am so excited for what we’ve put together, but two things you absolutely need to know about your new Monday evening ritual:

4:30 PM – Hot Power with : The perfect way to sweat out the workday and build some heat. 🔥

6:00 PM – Yin Yoga with : Deep, grounding stillness to reset your system.

Pro-tip: Taking these two classes back-to-back is a dreaammmm and my absolute fav! Building the heat and then melting? Unmatched. 🫠🖤

In studio yoga classes we are typically loading the wrists for a large majority of the practice, but your teacher may not have the time to help you properly warm up your wrists. If you’re anything like me, this might mean discomfort, pain, weakness, or even injury. So, I started prioritizing strengthening my wrists and magically all those things started to become non-issues. Give this quick routine a try each time you show up to class—take a few minutes to gently roll and rock, then do at least 2 sets of 10 of each exercise: grip the mat like you’re squeezing a ball and release, finger pushups, and fin pushups.

ONE YEAR OF THE ALCHEMY STUDIO 🖤✨

A year ago today, I opened the studio doors for the first time and from that moment on it’s been nothing short of an incredible ride… the way this community has shown up, grown and flourished is something that I hold sacred in my heart—I don’t have clients and students, I only have best friends. I care about each and every one of you so deeply and I KNOW that you care about me. Not just as a business owner, but as a piece of you. I know that if I show up as myself, even on a bad day, you guys will love me anyway… and that… that’s something my heart has longed for, for a very long time. This is my family.

Thank you for one whole year!!! I LOVE YOU!

Come to our Yogi Play date! A BYOP (bring your own pose) Event

WHAT: We have all been in class and heard “if ___(insert novel pose)___ is in your practice, you can take it here”. But what if you’re not even sure how to get your body into that position???

This is your chance to explore various arm balances, inversions, transitions, and deeper variations of more familiar poses, with trusted teachers there to facilitate what YOU want to know.

When: May 16th 11:30-1:00
Where: the Alchemy Studio
Who: Regina, Katie, Leah, and YOU
How: Bring at least ONE POSE or VARIATION that you want to integrate into your practice, a playful spirit, and willingness to try something new!
