Different stories. Different goals. Different reasons for walking through our doors and a whole lot of reasons to keep coming back.

We asked our clients and instructors what they love about PIKE. Turns out, the best part of what we’ve built isn’t something we could ever put on a class schedule. 🤍

Come for the workout, stay for the people.

Ego becomes remarkably unhelpful.

We hear it every day: “That was the hardest workout I’ve ever done.” Some have even said it was harder than childbirth.

Not because the Megaformer is cruel. Because it refuses to let momentum, strength, or shortcuts do the work for you. It simply shows you where you are.

What did your first Lagree class feel like?

Drop the first word or phrase that came to mind when you stepped off the Megaformer for the first time in the comments below.

The shake has earned an unfair reputation. Many people mistake it for weakness. We know it as adaptation.

It is your body recruiting everything it has to meet the demand in front of it. The moment where one layer of strength has been exhausted and another is being asked to take over.

So the next time your muscles begin to tremble...smile. You’ve arrived.

One of the most common things we hear after a first Lagree class:

“I don’t think I was very good at that.”

Good.

Lagree is not a skill most people arrive with.

It challenges balance, stability, coordination, muscular endurance, and body awareness all at once. It asks smaller stabilizing muscles to contribute. It exposes compensations. It reveals imbalances.

Everyone in the room started there.

The veteran client. The instructor. The person making it look effortless.

The difference isn’t talent. It’s adaptation.

And if you stick with it, you simply become better at meeting the challenge.
