Floating may be the most visually dramatic way to experience the evening—but poolside is not a lesser version. 🌊

Both options place you within the same live field of crystal singing bowls, singing pyramids, flute, percussion, chimes, and ocean-inspired sound.

Floating offers gentle movement and the sensation of being held by water. A poolside lounge offers grounded support, more freedom to adjust your position, and no need to enter the pool.

One is not better. Choose the kind of support that allows your body to receive most comfortably.

For the one who is always holding everything together: this is your invitation to be held.

You do not have to arrive calm, clear, or already restored.

The tired parts, the tender parts, the uncertain parts, the powerful parts, and the parts still becoming are all welcome here.

The Hearth Within is more than one evening of temporary relief. It is an intimate three-part sound immersion series created to give you somewhere meaningful to return as the season turns inward.

Across three gatherings, the same small circle will move through immersive sound, seasonal ritual, meditation, tea, reflection, silence, and spacious time to receive.

Together, we will release what is complete, gather our energy home, and tend the warmth and wisdom that remain.

The Hearth Within was created for what can unfold when we return—not once, but across a season.

The same intimate circle will gather three times through autumn, beginning with an extended Autumn Equinox Sound Immersion + Water Ceremony. As an Indigenous woman who grew up disconnected from my heritage because of colonialism, being welcomed into this space moved me more deeply than I can express.

At the Lenape Green Corn Festival in Cape May, Indigenous men and women generously shared their drumming, dancing, and living culture—and welcomed others to participate in the intertribal dances.

To hear the drums, feel the rhythm, and be welcomed into the circle felt deeply healing. I’m carrying profound gratitude for everyone who made this gathering possible and shared their culture so generously.
