October 14th! We are hosting our third Connected Circles Behavioral Health Summit for Tribal programs in the substance use field. Come together and address common barrier and find solutions to what can help heal your community.

OKC Hand Drum making class was packed! Thank you all who came out to craft, laugh, and heal with us. We had some members drive over 3 hours to come to this event and we were honored to help them out with crafting.

Today we had the honor of hosting a Concho Belt class for the Tuttle JOM program.

We always appreciate any chance to reach our youth.

Another day of fun. Started off packing orders, prepping for hand drum making tomorrow, did a podcast with Cheyenne & Arapaho Productions and then finished the day with a concho belts making class at Tuttle elementary school.

Tomorrow! Come out and make a hand drum with us! We will also have backup crafts such as gourds and necklaces if we run out of drums.

Wise words on a hard topic of families enabling. Support our youth in a healthy way.

❤️ SUPPORT, NOT SUPPLY.
Parents and caregivers are some of the biggest influences in a young person’s life. Providing alcohol, ma*****na, or other substances may seem like a way to keep them safe or prevent them from getting it somewhere else but it can normalize substance use and put their health, safety, and future at risk.

What our young people really need is connection, guidance, healthy boundaries, positive role models, and a safe place to talk.

Talk with them. Listen without judgment. Set clear expectations. Help them find healthy ways to cope.
Strong families help build strong, resilient youth. 💙

Support them. Guide them. Protect them. Don’t supply them.

This Saturday! Join the CHR Program at their Bigfoot at Colony event!

Come out to the ERC on October 6th from 4:00-7:00pm!

We will have Concho belts and Junior Breastplate making classes.

This is open to all and no registration is required. The last belt will start at 5:30pm to have adequate time to complete the craft.
