I couldn’t walk through this park at 473 pounds.
I used to avoid this place.
At 473 pounds, even a short walk through Washington Square Park felt impossible. I was on 7,000 units of insulin a day. My body was shutting down and I knew it.
I’m not the same person who used to dread this walk.
175 pounds gone. Off the insulin completely. And now? Blue skies, clear path, and legs that actually want to move.
This park used to remind me what I couldn’t do.
Now it reminds me what’s possible when you finally commit.
If you’re ready to stop avoiding your own life — DM me “PARK” and let’s talk.
