And after 10 years, Monica knows a thing or two about staying resilient.

As a Senior Recruiter in Nursing, Monica's favorite part of the journey has been the knowledge she's gained and the meaningful relationships she's built with travelers along the way.

Meet Heather, our Traveler of the Month! 🌺✈️

Currently on assignment in Pāhala, Hawaii, Heather is showing us what travel nursing is all about: caring for others while embracing every new place, experience, and connection along the way.

From Alaska to Hawaii and many destinations in between, Heather has spent nearly a decade turning each assignment into an opportunity to explore, grow, and become part of the communities she serves.

Her journey has also taught her not to take a single opportunity for granted. After being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer during her very first travel assignment, Heather continued forward with an even deeper appreciation for life, her career, and the experiences each new assignment brings.

Today, she continues to explore, discover hidden gems, connect with local communities, and make every destination part of her story. 🌺
