nMany people imagine HBOT as something scary, but most patients are surprised by how simple and relaxing it is.

During a session, you sit comfortably inside our FDA-cleared hard chamber while breathing 100% oxygen through a mask. The chamber gradually increases pressure, allowing more oxygen to dissolve into the blood plasma and reach tissues throughout the body.

You may notice a feeling of pressure in your ears, similar to being on an airplane, but otherwise, many patients spend their session reading, relaxing, or even napping.
