Need a quick, high-protein, high-fiber breakfast or snack? I’ve got you covered!

Mix 1 scoop vanilla Equip Prime Protein with 2 tablespoons water to create the most delicious vanilla drizzle. Add a little more water if needed until smooth.

Then drizzle it over a Royo cinnamon roll and enjoy!

Why I love this combo:
• 31g protein
• 15g fiber
• Low sugar
• Keeps you full for hours

We talk a lot about protein, but fiber is just as important. Fiber supports gut health, helps stabilize blood sugar, promotes fullness, and keeps digestion moving the way it should.

Warm the cinnamon roll for 10 seconds or enjoy it straight from the package. Either way, it’s absolutely delicious!

Coach Brooke

Sharing this not to highlight me, but to encourage anyone who feels stuck in their health journey. True wellness is about so much more than a number on the scale. It’s about finding hope and learning to care for your body with purpose. I’m grateful for every person who trusts me to walk alongside them in that process.

If you’re feeling discouraged and overwhelmed, I’d be honored to help. I have availability starting this Saturday. ❤️

I’m so thankful for my clients! Watching women begin to walk in freedom from food struggles truly makes my heart so happy.

Hannah, thank you for trusting me through this wellness journey. You are such an inspiration, and I cannot wait to see where this path takes you. 12 pounds down in just six weeks is an incredible start, but even more beautiful is the healing, confidence, and hope that’s growing along the way.

Casciola Coaching currently has two open Saturday coaching slots available between 1 PM and 3 PM. I would absolutely love to walk alongside you on your wellness journey.

Who’s ready to start? 💗

Summertime is here, and there’s just something so nostalgic and comforting about homemade berry jam spread on warm toast, mixed into yogurt, or added to a big bowl of oatmeal. And the best part? This version is packed with real ingredients you can feel good about serving your family. 🥳

This homemade jam is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and a little protein boost from the beef gelatin. It tastes fresh and naturally sweet without the overload of refined sugar found in many store-bought jams.

Please tag us if you decide to try it out!

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup raspberries
* 1/2 cup blackberries
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 3 tablespoons date syrup
* 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
* Pinch of cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon beef gelatin

Instructions

1. Add the raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, date syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and release their juices.
3. Use a potato masher or fork to mash the berries to your desired consistency. For a smoother jam, blend briefly with an immersion blender.
4. Stir in the chia seeds and simmer another 2–3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, combine the beef gelatin with 2 tablespoons cool water and let it bloom for 1 minute.
6. Remove the berry mixture from the heat. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
7. Let the jam cool for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a glass jar or airtight container.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to thicken completely. The texture gets even better overnight.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ➡️ You guys… I know there’s been so much noise lately about glyphosate and pesticides being sprayed on crops. It can feel overwhelming when you’re just trying to feed your family healthy foods.

So what do we do? 🤷🏻‍♀️

First, don’t panic. We do the best we can with what we have access to.

In my area, organic produce isn’t always easy to find, and even some local farmers still have to use pesticides to preserve crops. One thing I try to look for when organic isn’t available is greenhouse grown produce.

Why?

Greenhouse produce is grown in a more controlled environment, which usually means:

• less w**d exposure
• fewer bugs and pests
• less need for heavy pesticide spraying
• lower glyphosate exposure compared
to many conventional outdoor crops

That DOESN’T mean conventional produce is bad. Please don’t stop eating fruits and vegetables out of fear. Any produce is still better than eating ultra processed junk all day long.

One easy thing you CAN do at home is wash your produce well.

My simple produce wash:

• 4 cups water
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Soak fruits and veggies for 10–15 minutes, rinse well, and gently scrub if needed.

We can’t totally eliminate glyphosate, but what we can do is reduce our toxic load intake by making small changes. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Coach Brooke

Friends, trust me when I tell you that your kids will have absolutely no clue there are vegetables hidden in these waffles. They are crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, naturally sweet, and incredibly filling. These are such a wonderful option for busy mornings when you want your kiddos eating something nourishing that will actually keep them satisfied longer.

As a mom and health coach, it can feel so frustrating trying to find quick breakfast options that are not loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients. These waffles have been such a big win in our house, and the best part is the kids continue asking for them over and over again.

Hidden Veggie Waffles

Wet Ingredients

* 2 cups cooked sweet potato
* 1 medium zucchini
* 2 medium carrots
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup avocado oil or melted butter
* 1/3 cup real maple syrup or honey
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 3 1/2 cups milk of choice

Dry Ingredients

* 3 cups flour
* 1 cup oat flour
* 2 tbsp cornstarch
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Add all wet ingredients and vegetables to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
3. Pour blended mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
4. Let batter rest 5–10 minutes before cooking.
5. Cook in waffle maker until golden brown and crisp.

These freeze beautifully too! Simply let them cool completely before placing in freezer bags. Reheat in the toaster or air fryer for an easy breakfast during busy mornings. Please tag me in any pictures if you decide to try them! 😋
