August good things for new and expectant fams! Swipe to see the full list 🪴 Some notes: Just a couple more spots in infant massage on the 13th, and we scooched the September Baby Care and Birth Prep Express classes into the end of the month to accommodate all of the Sept holidays and long weekends - both are almost full, next round will be in October (whaaat the summer just started!). Hope you are out there enjoying these lovely long end of summer days, and getting in some good naps with the windows wide open 💖

Bumpy Birth Stories Circle returns on 9/26/26 12-2pm. This is a soft landing place to share and heal from challenging births and postpartum transitions to parenthood. Facilitator and midwife Mason Wilson-Tanev has a deep passion for supporting parents through this vulnerable time. “The facilitator was very warm, kind, and knowledgeable and she created a very safe space for sharing. I really appreciated her medical background paired with more therapy-driven work. It was the perfect combination for this kind of workshop.” Link to register in bio 💕

New baby = new sleep rhythms for eeeveryone! These classes with Randi Johnson are designed to help parents understand why babies sleep the way they do, what to expect throughout the first year, and strategies to navigate catching z’s with less stress and more ease. Sleep 101 is about babies 0-6 months (in person, babies and pregnant folks welcome!) and Sleep 102 is focused on 6-12 month olds (virtual, in the evenings so you can attend from home). The videos to provide visuals of babies were particularly helpful, as was the practice with the dolls. Selene was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable - I loved her!” -JG. Our Baby Care workshop is focused on the practical skills and info you need to feel ready for your new housemate to move in. Taught by lovely, experienced postpartum doulas Selene and Nicky, who know exactly what’s needed to support new families through transition to parenthood! Offered monthly!

Swipe to see what’s on the menu for classes and groups for expectant families and those with new babies 💕 Of note: due to popular demand we added a 2nd Baby Care class on 6/7, so now you can catch both and sharing their amazing baby tips! At the end of the month you can catch our brand new All About Induction workshop, a class we’re adding because this topic is coming up A LOT - and we’re here to help folks understand the process and how to advocate for their preferences along the way. We also have upcoming workshops for providers, is back with her incredible workshop on 6/14! Check stories, or dm us for details. ✨ New workshop for birthing folks! ✨ With the rate of inductions being what it is, we’re glad to be offering this workshop to the community. Get the scoop on all things induction so you can be informed and prepared should it become part of your birth experience (or even just a topic of conversation with your friends or care providers!). We’ll cover the what and why of inductions, including methods and coping techniques, and how to identify your preferences and communicate with care providers along the way. This 2.5 hour workshop is facilitated by local birth practitioners with years of experience supporting families through inductions, and a passion for strong and empowered birth experiences.
