✨ The Soulful Way is officially here. ✨

The Soulful Way was created for those moments when you feel called to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom that’s already within you.

Through one-on-one sessions, guided practices, sound, and soulful gatherings, The Soulful Way offers gentle ways to pause, reconnect with yourself, and return to what feels true for you.

And now, I’m so happy to have a physical space to call home — the Moon Room at Hiatus24 in Lewes, Delaware — where this work can unfold in person, alongside virtual offerings available through Zoom.

Whether you’re looking for a little clarity, a deeper connection with yourself, or simply a quiet space to pause and listen inward, I invite you to explore what The Soulful Way has to offer.

A more soulful you awaits. 🌙

Follow the link above to learn more and discover the offering that feels right for you.

Soulfully Yours,
Eva

✨ Soul Compass Sessions are coming soon! ✨

I’m so excited to share a little more about these sessions with you.

Soul Compass Sessions are a chance to take a little time for yourself, slow down, and explore whatever may be going on in your life.

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in, and then we’ll talk about whatever is on your mind. Using oracle cards as a tool to help guide our conversation, we’ll explore what may be going on and what you may already know deep down.

Maybe you’re feeling a little stuck, facing a decision, going through a change, or simply looking for a little clarity.

The cards aren’t there to tell you what to do or predict your future. I believe the answers are already within you. Sometimes, we just need a little space and support to help us reconnect with them.

I’m really looking forward to sharing these sessions with you soon! ✨🧭💜

So, I thought I’d share a little about how The Soulful Way came to be.

As a highly sensitive, empathetic introvert, I spent much of my life being a people pleaser, doing everything I could to make everyone else happy and making life easier for those around me. Along the way, I lost myself.

However, after what I think of as my own “dark night of the soul,” something began to shift. I started asking myself who I was, what I needed, and what kind of life I truly wanted to live.

That journey led me to explore self-care, meditation, sound, intuitive practices, and other soulful ways of reconnecting with myself. Not everything resonated or stayed with me, but the things that truly helped me are the ones I now share through The Soulful Way.

Please know you don’t have to be highly sensitive, an empath, or an introvert to feel at home here!

✨ The Soulful Way is for anyone who feels like they’ve been living life on autopilot. Anyone who is tired of constantly doing, giving, and taking care of everyone else. Anyone who simply wants to step off the hamster wheel for a little while, slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for what they truly need. ✨

You might come to The Soulful Way for a moment of stillness, a deeper connection to your own inner wisdom, or simply a reminder to take some time for yourself.

Because sometimes, we just need a little time to come back to ourselves. 💜

Something new is beginning. 🤍

Next week, I officially open the doors to The Soulful Way, and before I share more about what’s ahead, I thought I would begin with something simple: What is The Soulful Way?

The Soulful Way is something that has grown from my own journey and my belief in the importance of making space to simply slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

Life can get busy, and sometimes we all need a little time and space to pause, listen inward, and remember what feels meaningful to us.

The Soulful Way is a gentle space for doing just that.

Through meditation, intuitive guidance, soulful practices, and gatherings, I hope to offer opportunities for reflection, connection, and simply taking a little time for yourself.

There is no right way to do any of this. It’s simply about becoming a little more curious about yourself and discovering what feels right for you.

This is just the beginning, and I’m looking forward to sharing more with you in the days ahead. ✨

Welcome to The Soulful Way. A Gentle Path Back to Your True Self.

Last night we didn’t get much sleep in our house because of some pretty severe thunderstorms, so of course, I didn’t feel like exercising today. But by a certain point in the day, I was ready to take a break, and I reminded myself that I had just posted yesterday about doing a little something each day because it’s not only good for my body, but also for my soul.

Somehow, I stumbled upon The Fitness Guy on YouTube. I can tell you without a doubt that he doesn’t have much rhythm and lacks coordination, but I had so much fun … I was laughing and singing the entire time!

Now that’s what I call good for the soul! ⛈️😴➡️💃🎶😂✨

I was reading this week’s energy update from Ro Cappiello, and the sentence I’m sharing really jumped out at me.

It got me thinking about how I could better honor my own soul through self-care. The answer came to me immediately: I haven’t been moving my body enough. A walk or bike ride here and there just isn’t cutting it, and I know it’s time to start intentionally scheduling some much-needed movement into my days.

Sometimes honoring ourselves means getting quiet enough to ask, “What do I really need right now?” and then being willing to listen and take action on what we hear.

I’ll keep you posted on how it goes, but you officially have permission to check up on me! Ha-Ha! ✨🤍🌿

On Friday, August 28th at 12:18am EDT, we’ll welcome a Full Sturgeon Moon accompanied by a partial lunar eclipse. 🌕✨

The full moon is a natural invitation to pause and reflect—to acknowledge what this past month has brought, release what no longer feels needed, and make space for what’s next.

With the added energy of the lunar eclipse, this can be a particularly meaningful time for letting go, embracing change, and allowing transformation to unfold.

So, if you find yourself beneath the moonlight, take a few quiet moments for yourself. Sit in meditation. Take a moon bath. Stretch or practice a little yoga beneath the night sky. Or simply look up, breathe, and be present.

Whatever practice feels right, let this be a moment to reflect, release, and give thanks for all that this past month has held as you align with your soul’s true direction. 🤍

Yesterday, we learned of the passing of Dolly Parton.

I know people collectively grieve the loss of famous people, but there was just something about Dolly that made this loss feel a little harder for me.

Yes, she was incredibly talented. But to me, she was so much more than that. It was her humor. Her kindness. Her generosity. And perhaps most of all, the way she lived unapologetically as herself.

She didn’t seem to spend much time worrying about whether she was “too much” or “not enough.” She simply knew who she was, shared what she had, and brought a little more light and joy wherever she went.

And perhaps that is what I will remember most about her.

She reminds us that there is something beautiful about simply being yourself, sharing your gifts, choosing kindness, and making room for joy.

What a soulful way to live. 🤍

This morning I woke up feeling a little unsettled. I’m still not exactly sure why, but it reminded me of something I never want to lose sight of here: I never want to project anything that isn’t authentically me.

Yes, I practice what I share here. Many of the healing modalities I talk about are part of my regular, sometimes even daily, life. But that doesn’t mean I’m immune to anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or fear.

This past year has been a big stretch for me.

I’ve posted pictures of myself on social media that I didn’t particularly like—including this one.

I’ve taken classes with incredibly smart and talented people and wondered if I really belonged in the room.

I’ve had days when I’ve questioned myself, felt uncertain, and felt very human. Because I am.

I don’t have it all figured out. I’m still learning. Still growing. Still finding my way. Yes, even at 60! 🌱

But there are some things I do know.

I know my heart. ✨💖

And I know that it very much loves supporting others. It’s not something I have to force or figure out. It’s simply part of who I am.

And maybe that’s one of the most important things I can share with you—not that I have all the answers, but that we don’t have to have it all together to walk this path.

We simply have to be willing to be honest about where we are… and keep taking the next step. To me, that’s the soulful way. 🤍
