Taste of Encinitas 2026 Winners! Herb & Sea 🐚

After polling attendees from this year’s Taste of Encinitas, we’re excited to announce that the winner of Best Taste & Presentation is Herb & Sea!

Their incredible scallops wowed attendees and earned them the top spot among this year’s talented lineup of restaurants.

A close runner-up was City Tacos with their delicious birria tacos, while Encinitas Fish Shop was another crowd favorite with their famous Shop Shrimp. City Tacos The Fish Shops

Thank you to all of our participating restaurants, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees for making this year’s Taste of Encinitas such a memorable event. Most importantly, thank you for supporting our local restaurants and the vibrant downtown Encinitas community.
