These aren’t mistakes. Honestly they make complete sense when you’ve been stuck in symptoms for a long time.
Most of the women I work with know more about gut health than they ever wanted to know.
And they’re still stuck.
That’s usually when I know the issue isn’t lack of effort.
1. Stop eliminating foods every time you react. A lot of women slowly end up with a smaller and smaller list of “safe foods” this way.
Meanwhile the reactions keep happening.
Because when your body is stuck in a reactive pattern, almost anything can start feeling like a trigger after a while.
2. Stop waiting until your body crashes to take care of yourself. A lot of women are constantly pushing through symptoms waiting for the moment they finally “have time” to slow down.
Meanwhile their body has been running in stress mode for years.
The slowing down isn’t the reward for feeling better. It’s part of what helps create the shift.
3. Stop convincing yourself the next podcast, protocol, or lab test is finally going to explain everything.
Honestly most women I work with already have folders full of information.
Test results.
Saved posts.
Supplements.
Food rules.
Protocols.
More information usually isn’t the missing piece at this point.
Understanding the pattern underneath all of it is.
Because once women actually understand WHY their body keeps reacting this way… things finally start making more sense.
