Root Rising Helping women break free from chronic gut symptoms by uncovering the real patterns driving the Gut Overload Cycle.

You had one good day.

And somehow that made everything worse.

Does this sound familiar?

Your practitioner ran out of answers.

It’s not the end of the road.

Can you even keep up with the rules at this point?

Gluten free helped... for a while. So you went dairy free. Then low FODMAP. Then histamine. Then you’re reading about lectins wondering if that’s the missing piece.

The list keeps growing. The reactions keep coming.

Your gut was never just responding to the food. It was responding to everything you are carrying.

Food is just the last thing that goes in before the symptoms show up.

That’s why the rules keep changing. They were never actually about the food.

The food was just the most visible place to look.

Tell me! What’s the last rule you added to your list? 🤍

It’s because you went straight to kill.

And I get why. Because that’s what you were told to do. Test positive. Treat. Repeat.

Here’s the thing...healing the gut is not a one step process. It’s stepwise. And the body needs to be prepared for each step before you move to the next one.

When you go straight to a kill protocol — Xifaxan, Biocidin, antimicrobials — you’re throwing fuel on a fire that was already burning.

You’re pouring treatment into a system that has no foundation to hold onto it yet.

The body needs to be soothed and prepared first. Before the kill. Before any of it.

That’s the step that keeps getting skipped.

And it’s usually the reason she tests positive, treats, feels better for a while, and ends up right back at the beginning six months later.

Did anyone explain this to you before you started your protocol? Tell me below. 🤍

A lot of women trying the hardest to heal their gut are becoming terrified of food.

Because when the bloating keeps happening, the instinct is usually:
eat cleaner.
remove more.
try harder.
be more careful.

So they do.

And their body still reacts after every meal like it couldn’t give a sh*t how much effort they’re putting in. (which obviously makes you feel insane after a while.)

The women I work with usually are not eating poorly.

It’s often the opposite.

They’re eating beautifully and still suffering.

Because clean eating only addresses what’s going IN.

It doesn’t automatically mean your body has the capacity to digest well, absorb well, regulate stress well, or respond well.

And after years of symptoms, restriction, nervous system overload, food fear, hypervigilance around digestion… a lot of women’s systems are just completely overloaded.

So the answer becomes:
eat even cleaner.
remove another food.
buy another supplement.
start another protocol.

Meanwhile the body is getting more reactive, not less.

That’s the pattern I care about helping women understand.

Because once you actually understand WHY your body has gotten stuck reacting this way, things start making a lot more sense.

And that’s usually the point where women finally stop feeling like they’re failing all the time.

Gut Clarity calls are open if you want support figuring out your own pattern.

I was constipated for decades. Tried everything.

Turned out I wasn’t holding onto food.
