Here's what worked for making the Services V2 calendar actually usable for a massage therapy clinic...

GHL alone won't recognize a returning customer's saved card when booking through the services calendar, even with save card on file turned on.

You have to build a custom client portal outside of GHL that talks to two things directly: the Services V2 calendar API to pull staff availability for each service, and the Stripe API for the customer's saved card and billing details.

That's what's called a "headless" setup. GHL handles the booking, Stripe handles the payment, and your custom client portal connects them.

Do you believe Mica took her own life, or do you think there could have been more to what happened?

Most of the people who come through that form won't be covered.
I used to just let those go. Insurance said no, so I figured that was the end of it.
Then I noticed something. A lot of those people still wanted the appointment. They just needed a nudge. Something like, insurance won't cover this one, but here's what a session costs, and here's an opening this week. Turns out not covered and not interested are two completely different things.
I built a follow-up for exactly this. It fires automatically the moment a form comes back as not-covered, so nobody sits in a spreadsheet getting forgotten.
