Okay, I have to admit… I had way too much fun with this. 😂

Apparently, this is what happens when if you put me in a barbie box.
Coffee? ✔️
Sage? ✔️
Hand drum? ✔️
A little connection and intuition? ✔️
Probably asking “What is your soul trying to tell you?” ✔️😂

But honestly, I think we could all use a little more lightness in our spiritual practice.

Spirituality doesn't always have to be deep, serious, or perfectly intentional.

Sometimes the sacred looks like your morning coffee.
Sometimes it's stepping outside and taking a breath.
Sometimes it's lighting some sage, pulling a card, laughing with someone you love, or simply noticing how you're feeling.

The sacred is already woven into our everyday lives.

We just have to slow down enough to notice it.

So yes… I'm embracing my Spiritual Mentor Edition era. 💗

And apparently, she comes with coffee. ☕😂

Save this post for a little reminder that your spiritual life can have room for both depth and playfulness.

And tell me in the comments: What would be included in YOUR “Spiritual Edition” box? 😂✨

Being a GiGi—Grandmother Goddess—to my delightful grandchildren has given me some of my sweetest reminders about what it means to be present. 🤍

They remind me every day to meet life with wonder.

To notice the little things.
To ask questions.
To laugh easily.
To be curious about what is right in front of me.

We often think of wisdom as something we pass down to the generations that come after us.

But I think it moves both ways.

Our elders can offer us perspective, stories, traditions, and hard-earned wisdom. And the younger souls in our lives can remind us of something just as sacred: how to stay open to the moment we're actually living.

That feels like its own kind of healing.

As I grow older, I'm learning that wisdom isn't about knowing everything. It's about staying willing to listen—to our own inner knowing, to one another, and to the quiet invitations life keeps offering us.

My grandchildren have taught me that wonder is not something we outgrow.

It's something we can choose to return to. 🌿

Save this post as a reminder to slow down and notice the wonder in your own life.

And I'd love to hear from you: What has a child, grandchild, or younger person taught you about life that you didn't expect? 🤍

You don't have to carry the emotional responsibility for every relationship. 🤍

Sometimes, conscious relating begins with turning inward and asking: “How am I showing up for myself here?”

If you're ready to explore deeper patterns and reconnect with yourself, Explore Reiki and Shamanic Healing sessions offer a gentle space for that healing. Link in bio!

Save this for your next relationship check-in.

Maybe the mud was never evidence that you were lost.
Maybe it was fertile ground.

At Cypress Gardens, I was surrounded by one of my most meaningful symbols: water lilies rising from dark, still water. Their roots remain in the muck, but their flowers reach toward the light.

We do that, too.

We rise—not because the difficult parts never happened, but because something beautiful continued growing through them.

What symbol reminds you of your own becoming?

There is a time for more—and a time for less.

Today, September 10, we are in the new—or dark—moon: the quiet pause between releasing and beginning again.

This is not the moment to rush into action. Be still. Sit with yourself. Open your journal. Listen for what you truly want to create during the coming lunar cycle.

As the moon begins waxing, shift toward growth. If your intention is better health, focus on more—more movement, more strength, more water, and more nourishing choices.

After the full moon, as the light begins to wane, focus on less—less mindless eating, less sugar, or fewer habits that leave you depleted.

One intention: better health.

Different energies supporting the same goal.

🌑 New moon: Be still. Journal. Listen.
🌒 Waxing moon: Grow, build, and do more.
🌕 Full moon: Celebrate your progress and adjust.
🌘 Waning moon: Release, simplify, and do less.

We don’t have to pursue every goal with the same energy all month long. The moon reminds us that stillness, growth, reflection, and release are all part of becoming.

Sometimes the quickest way back to yourself is to step outside. 🌿

Notice the trees. Feel your feet on the earth. Take a breath. Let nature remind you that you don't have to rush.

If you're longing for deeper grounding and reconnection, My Reiki and Shamanic Healing sessions offer a gentle space to reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom.

What in nature helps you feel grounded?

I love the way women can see things differently when we gather in circle.

Sometimes another woman’s reflection helps you recognize something in yourself that you couldn’t quite see before.

Sometimes simply being heard, without judgment or the need to explain everything, can shift something.

And sometimes it helps to remember that what you’re carrying isn’t yours alone.

Cherie and I are gathering women for our next Women’s Circle on Wednesday, September 9 at 6:00 PM in Evergreen.

We’ll make space for honest conversation, reflection, gentle practices, and whatever is ready to be witnessed.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little more connected—to yourself, to other women, and to the wisdom you already carry within you.

This is a donation-based gathering, and RSVP is required.

I’d love to share this circle with you.

Sometimes reconnecting with yourself doesn't require another answer. It begins with slowing down enough to notice what's already happening within you. 🤍

Take a breath. Get curious. Listen inward.

If you feel called to explore this deeper, Terri’s Reiki and Shamanic Healing sessions offer a gentle space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your inner wisdom.

September can be a beautiful invitation to pause, take a breath, and notice what this season is asking of you.

You don't have to have everything figured out.

You don't have to rush into the next chapter.

Sometimes growth looks like releasing. Sometimes it looks like resting. And sometimes it simply means trusting yourself a little more than you did yesterday.

Let this be your reminder: you are allowed to honor where you are while still becoming who you're meant to be. 🌿

Save this affirmation to return to throughout September. 🤍

And tell me in the comments: What are you ready to welcome into this new season?

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do isn't finding the answer—it's allowing ourselves to fully feel what's already here.
So many women have spent years believing they need to "fix" every difficult emotion before they can move forward. But emotions aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're invitations to listen more deeply to yourself.
✨ What emotion have you been trying to make disappear instead of simply feeling?
Share in the comments if it feels safe to do so, or save this Reel for a day when you need the reminder.
If you're ready for deeper support, I'd be honored to hold space for you through a Reiki session. And if you're not sure where to begin, let's start with a free Soul Chat and discover what feels most aligned for your journey.
