For many women, healing includes unlearning the idea that love must feel chaotic in order to feel real.

Sometimes we become so familiar with emotional highs and lows that peace feels unfamiliar at first.

We mistake:
• inconsistency for excitement
• anxiety for passion
• emotional chasing for connection
• unpredictability for chemistry

But healthy love often feels very different.
It feels safe enough for your nervous system to soften.
It feels honest instead of confusing.
It allows you to be fully yourself without constantly fearing abandonment, withdrawal, or emotional instability.

Healthy love does not require you to abandon yourself to keep connection.
And while calm love may initially feel unfamiliar after chaos, that does not make it wrong.

Sometimes it simply means your body is learning what safety feels like.
Healing teaches us that peace is not emptiness.
Consistency is not boredom.
Softness is not weakness.

Love can be grounding.
Love can be clear.
Love can feel like coming home to yourself instead of losing yourself.
That kind of love exists.
And you are allowed to choose it.

🌿 Save this as a reminder that healthy love is not meant to keep you in survival mode.

Healing after heartbreak is often portrayed as this clean, linear experience.

As if one day you simply wake up unaffected.
Untouched.
Completely over it.

But real healing usually looks much more human than that.

Sometimes it feels like freedom.
Like finally reconnecting with yourself after spending so much energy trying to hold onto someone else.
Like your nervous system finally beginning to soften.
Like laughter returning naturally.
Like peace quietly entering spaces that once felt heavy.

And sometimes healing also looks like:
• getting unexpectedly triggered
• revisiting old emotional wounds
• recognizing patterns you once ignored
• grieving the version of yourself that accepted less than you deserved
• noticing how deeply survival shaped your relationships

That does not mean you are failing.

In many ways, it means you are becoming more conscious.
Because healing is not the absence of pain.
It is the presence of awareness.

You begin noticing what drains your spirit.
You recognize what no longer feels safe or aligned.
You stop abandoning yourself to maintain connection.
You start meeting your emotions with compassion instead of shame.
And that changes everything.
The sacred part of healing is not becoming perfectly healed.

It is learning how to stay connected to yourself while you move through the process.
You are allowed to heal gently.
You are allowed to still have tender moments.
And you are allowed to become someone new without rejecting who you used to be.

🌿 Save this post for the days your healing feels nonlinear.

Comment with one word that describes your healing journey right now, or share this with someone who needs the reminder that healing is not about perfection.

There was a time when I believed I needed certainty to move forward.

Clear signs.
Clear outcomes.
Clear understanding of every step ahead.

But my spiritual path didn’t unfold that way.

It asked something different of me.

To listen when things didn’t make logical sense.
To stay present when clarity wasn’t immediate.
To trust what I could feel in my body, even when my mind questioned it.

Over time, I began to notice something quietly powerful—

The path doesn’t reveal itself all at once.
It reveals itself in presence.

In the moments you choose to stay instead of retreat.
In the moments you follow inner guidance even when it feels unfamiliar.
In the moments you soften into not knowing, without abandoning yourself in it.

This is how trust was built for me.

Not through certainty, but through relationship.

A relationship with something deeper than thought.
A relationship with energy, intuition, and the quiet knowing that lives in the body.

This is also what I hold space for in my shamanic healing sessions.

A return to that inner trust.
A reconnection to your own guidance.
A softening into the path that is already unfolding within you.

If you feel in a season of questioning, uncertainty, or inner transition, you are not off path.

You may simply be learning how to listen in a deeper way.

🌿 If you feel called, you are welcome to explore a Shamanic Healing session with me through the link in bio or by sending a message when it feels aligned. Link in Bio

The First Quarter Moon is one of the most misunderstood phases of the lunar cycle.

It is often where women think something is going wrong.

Because clarity has already arrived…
but action suddenly feels heavy, uncertain, or emotionally layered.

What I’ve seen through years of holding space for women is this:
This phase is not asking you to push harder.
It is asking you to embody deeper.

Resistance here is not failure.
It is the nervous system meeting a new level of reality.

And this is where sacred transformation begins to take form.

Not in knowing more…
but in practicing what you already know in small, grounded ways.

In choosing one aligned step, even if your voice shakes internally.

In staying present with yourself as you move.

This is the rhythm of embodiment I guide women back to through my healing sessions, where we work gently with emotional awareness, nervous system safety, and intuitive alignment so that action doesn’t feel like force, but like return.

If you would like support in understanding your own rhythm through the moon cycles, I’ve created something for you.

✨ Here's the “Remember Your Rhythm” Guide to help you align yourself with the moon cycles and move with this energy more intentionally.

Let me show you how I use my shamanic tools in real healing sessions…

Each tool I work with carries a different kind of wisdom,
but none of them are about “fixing” you.

They are about supporting you in remembering yourself.

The smoke clears what feels heavy.
The drum brings you back into your body.
The crystals offer gentle energetic alignment.
The cards reflect what your intuition already knows.

But the real healing doesn’t come from the tools alone.

It comes from the space they help create inside you.

A space where you can slow down.
Breathe again.
Listen inwardly without judgment.

In my shamanic healing sessions, these tools are not used in a rigid or formulaic way.
They are woven intuitively—guided by what your energy needs in the moment.

Because every woman’s healing journey is different.
Every story is sacred.
And every layer deserves to be met with presence, not pressure.

This work is not about becoming someone new…
it’s about returning to the version of you that has always been there beneath the noise.

If you feel called to experience this work more deeply, I offer shamanic healing sessions where these tools are woven intuitively for your own healing journey.

Or reach out to explore a session when it feels aligned for you.

There is a quiet dance happening within.

The part that moves forward, creates, decides…
and the part that feels, receives, and flows.

Both are sacred.

Many have learned to lean too far in one direction—
to stay in constant motion or to feel without grounding.

Balance isn’t about choosing one.
It’s about allowing both to exist in harmony within the body and energy.

This is something often supported in shamanic healing—
a gentle return to wholeness, where structure and softness can coexist.

If something within has been feeling out of rhythm,
this may be an invitation to reconnect.
You’re always welcome to reach out if you feel called to experience a session.

There was a time when I believed new beginnings had to be fast.

That if I wanted change, I needed to push harder, do more, become more.

But over time, I began to understand something deeper—
The most lasting transformations don’t come from force.
They come from safety.

This New Moon in Ta**us carries a different kind of invitation.

It asks you to slow down.
To reconnect with your body.
To rebuild your sense of worth from within instead of chasing it externally.

This is the space I hold in my healing sessions—
guiding women back into their bodies, into steadiness, into a sense of inner safety where real alignment can unfold.

Because when your body feels safe,
you no longer need to rush your becoming.

🌑 If you feel called to align with this energy more intentionally,

Today honors International Day of Families.

A reminder that family, in all its forms, is often where our earliest experiences of love, belonging, and emotional connection begin.

In my experience holding space for women in healing, I’ve come to see family as a living system of stories—some tender, some complex, all deeply human.

It is where we learn how to connect.
How to listen.
How to protect.
How to belong.

And as we grow, we often begin to notice that not all of those early patterns continue to fit who we are becoming.

That awareness is not about distance.
It is about understanding.
Because when we can see our roots with clarity and compassion, something softens within us.

We begin to relate to ourselves and others with more presence, more choice, and more understanding.

If you feel called to explore your family patterns in a deeper, more intuitive way, this guide is available for you.

Mental Health Awareness Week is often a reminder that many people are navigating more internally than they are able to express outwardly.

And in those moments, the nervous system does what it has learned to do—
it protects, it contracts, it disconnects.

But what I have witnessed in my healing space is this:
You do not heal by forcing yourself to feel better.
You heal by learning how to stay with yourself in the moments that feel like too much.
This is where emotional regulation becomes a gentle practice instead of a performance.

Where journaling becomes a way of listening instead of analyzing.
Where grounding becomes a return to the body instead of an escape from it.
Where spirituality becomes something you live through presence, not pressure.

In my shamanic healing sessions, I hold space for this kind of return—
where the body can soften, where emotions can move safely, and where you are no longer carrying everything alone.

You are not meant to do this in isolation.
🌿 If you feel called, I offer shamanic healing sessions that support emotional grounding, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection to your inner safety.

You can explore a session with me through this link https://calendly.com/terrilundquist or message me when it feels aligned.

Mother’s Day often turns our attention outward.

To the mothers who raised us.
To the role of motherhood itself.

But there is another layer that quietly lives within this day.

The inner mother.

The part of you that is learning how to nurture instead of push.
The part of you that is learning how to stay present instead of disconnect.

And beneath her…
the inner child.

Still learning how to feel safe receiving what she once had to go without.

In my shamanic healing space, I often witness what happens when these parts finally meet.

There is a softening.
A remembering.
A return.

Not into who you are becoming—but into who you have always been beneath the survival.

If this speaks to something within you, you are welcome to explore a Shamanic Healing session with me when it feels aligned.

You can message me or tap this link https://calendly.com/terrilundquist when it feels aligned.

Come as you are.
Nothing needs to be fixed—only held.
