Many people believe channeling is a gift reserved for a select few.

I see it differently.

We are all connected to our soul, intuition, and inner guidance.

The difference is often not whether the connection exists — it's how clearly we're able to receive it.

The journey of becoming a clearer channel is often the journey of healing.

Shadow work, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and releasing old patterns help reduce the noise that can distort what we're receiving.

This is also one of the reasons I offer Akashic Clearings, which work to clear soul and master programs, along with imbalances in the chakra system, outer body chakras, and secondary chakras that may be contributing to distortion within the field.

I also offer Quantum Soul Healing Sessions, where we work together to identify and heal limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and energetic blocks. ✨ My Spiritual Awakening Story ✨

There was a time in my awakening journey when my reality completely shifted.

I began seeing spirits, sensing energies intensely, and experiencing things I could not explain through the lens of my old understanding of life. What started as fear and confusion eventually became part of a much deeper journey of discernment, energetic awareness, and spiritual growth.

Over time, I had to learn:
• Energetic hygiene & spiritual boundaries
• How to ground and regulate my nervous system
• How to clear and protect my energy field
• How to navigate overwhelming spiritual experiences
• How to help lost spirits cross over peacefully
• How to recognize and remove heavy or intrusive energies

This path taught me the importance of discernment, sovereignty, grounding, and staying connected to love rather than fear.

If you’re spiritually awakening and feeling overwhelmed by what you’re sensing, please know you are not alone. It’s important to stay grounded, care for your mental and emotional well-being, and seek supportive guidance when navigating intense spiritual experiences.

✨ Ascension Symptoms are becoming more intense for many highly sensitive souls right now.

In this video, I share some of the physical and energetic symptoms I’ve personally been experiencing during this phase of collective purging and energetic upgrades — including a rash that has lasted over a month that resembles eczema, something I’ve never experienced before in my life.

As consciousness expands, the body can respond through fatigue, skin irritation, emotional releases, nervous system overwhelm, vivid dreams, headaches, body aches, heat sensations, and waves of deep clearing.

These shifts are connected to energetic purging, collective transformation, and DNA activation occurring alongside the changes happening on Mother Gaia. 🌎✨

At the same time, it’s important to listen to your body, stay grounded, nourish your nervous system, hydrate, rest, and seek appropriate medical support when needed.

Many people are currently feeling old interference patterns, subconscious programs, fears, emotional loops, and heavy energies surfacing right now.

What’s important to remember is this:
Not everything that rises needs your attention.
Not every thought is your truth.
Not every old program deserves your energy.

As consciousness shifts, many outdated energetic patterns are leaving the field because they are no longer aligned with who you are becoming. Sometimes these programs become louder right before they dissolve.

You may notice:
• Old fears resurfacing
• Emotional triggers appearing suddenly
• Strange dreams or looping thoughts
• Feelings of heaviness or resistance
• Old survival patterns activating

Instead of feeding them with fear, simply observe them without attachment. ✨

The more you stop identifying with the old programs, the faster they lose power and fade from your field.
