Create! Create! Create! A message to you from the Arcturian Council of Light
💙
The theme for October is CREATION
💙
We are in a very powerful time to create and build our world that we want to see. Focus our attention on what we want to see, not on fear.
💙
The video cut out as they were giving tools for creation.

It can be challenging to trust the process when it feels like things just keep getting worse.
Things to Remember
1. It’s always darkest before light breaks. Have you ever watched childbirth? A rainbow after a storm?
2. The fear moungering is programmed. Example: Elon Musk’s daughter speaking out how he is intentionally manufacturing division on X
3. What you believe is what you see and how you live.
We are powerful co-creators of this Universe. Have you ever tried a gratitude journal? Write down 20 things you’re grateful for everyday for 14 days and WATCH how your reality shifts around you.
4. This is a marathon. Keep going. Every frequency shift matters!

I dare you to dream
I dare you to trust
I dare you to choose joy

Happy Autumn Equinox!! 🌞🌚 And Libra season! ♎️
Equal parts day and night
A portal inviting deep unexpected release and new chapters
Things can move quicker than expected this week. Pay attention.
🌞🌚
What dreams are coming through?
Are there any insights and downloads that seem to pop into your awareness?
What is your energy level?
Are you feeling in tune with the seasons?
Where in your life are you feeling out of balance? (Relationship, work, energy)
🌞 🌚
These are sacred moments in the cosmos to sit with.
Welcome in the season of stillness and introspection
🌞 🌚
Love you!

We are mirrors for each other. Showing us reflections and parts of ourselves that may have been dormant in our consciousness. Loving others to the extent of loving ourselves.
🌚
Use the energy of this Virgo New Moon to plant seeds of self-awareness. We are not striving for perfection. We are striving to do our best in full awareness. The goal is know thyself. And love thyself.
🌚
I love you.

When the roots are deep there is no need to fear the wind
-African Proverb
🌳
Spending just a few minutes deepening our connection to Mother Earth by spending time outdoors has massive benefits.
🌳
Not only do receive physical benefits:
like the sunlight loading you up with Vit D, and helping your circadian rhythm
Just being in blue and green areas lowers cortisol levels
Reduces feelings of anxiety and depression
🌳
Spending time with Mama Gaia also helps you to REMEMBER 💞
Remember we are nature itself. We are one.
Remember we are deeply rooted and wanted here.
Remember there is more to life than the grind of captalism
Remembering can create an inner stability that no war, no hater, no trauma spewing person in power can disrupt.
🌳
WE ARE NATURE. Mother Earth is all of our Mother who deeply cares for us and helps us to heal.
