Meet Jason Washam, Senior Operations Manager at Direct PT/DX! With 12 years in the workers’ compensation industry and a long history with Direct PT/DX, Jason brings a wealth of experience, problem-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to helping his team and clients succeed.
What does Jason enjoy most about his role? Solving problems, improving processes, and helping his team succeed. He loves finding ways to make operations more efficient while building strong relationships with clients and coworkers.
His advice to those new to the industry? Jason says, "Be patient and never stop learning. It's important to ask questions, pay attention to details, build relationships, and remember that there is a person on the other end of every referral. Keeping injured workers and clients at the center of what you do is key to building trust and success."
One of Jason’s standout experiences was helping expand Direct PT/DX’s provider network into new states early in his career. Seeing that growth—and knowing it helped more injured workers access the care they needed—has stayed with him over the years.
When he’s not working, Jason enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, grilling, and spending time with his wife and their four kids, along with their three cats.
