Jade Massotherapy Alternative Wellness Center is dedicated and committed to giving you the absolute best healing services at the best prices possible.

With that being said, as a reminder to all- when cancelling within 24 hours of your pre-scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 75% will be charged to the credit card on file. If no card is on file, you will be required to place a card on file to reserve your next appointment. Same day cancellations & NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% + 20% gratuity. Repeat offenders will NOT be scheduled moving forward.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but with increasing cancellations/NO SHOWS, this disables us from scheduling guests who are patiently waiting on our cancellation list. We strongly encourage each client to be considerate of the therapists' and other clients' time as it is specifically reserved and prepared for each client. We do understand that life happens and hope that you understand and support our small business policy. This is mandatory for Jade to operate smoothly and effectively.
