Did you know that Fascial work and Chiropractic care deeply intertwined?

We were once taught that the bones were the structural support network for the body but we have now come to realize that is the role of the fascia!

The bones carry deep deep genetic wisdom and when are in alignment support the energy flowing through our body smoothly so we can access that wisdom.

Fascia is the structural support network of the body and is what keeps it upright.

The fascia is also the scaffolding for the circulatory, nervous, lymphatic and meridian systems.

Creating space in the fascia supports these systems flowing freely as they are meant to.

When we receive work on the fascia it creates space in the body and all is systems.

When receiving chiropractic care this space allows the bones to come into alignment and be supported there as there is no longer tension putting them out of alignment.

By working with Fascial Bodywork, a Nervous System Reset technique and the BodyTalk system we are asked to approach multiple layers of yourself for deeper, longer lasting results.

These techniques combined work to align physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

Since these aspects are all connected and function in relation to each other I find it powerful to bring awareness to their relationships with each other.
