While scooping the p**p of my fur-children it got me thinking.. primary care is a lot like a liter box!
Let's be honest, it is rare ro find someone who loves and appreciates their P*P. It is a role that wears a lot of hats, juggles a lot of needs and not a lot of thank yous in return. But what makes direct primary care different is that we have a relationship. Instead of dependency for medications and tests, it's about caring deeper and more authentic. Instead of being an expert to define your health and tell you what you have to do, I'm your coach and educator to motivate and equip you.
DPC is different from traditional primary care with benefits from access to continuity of care and even cost savings. But it's also not concierge or up-priced expensive care paid put of pocket and billing insurance. DPC is affordable and a low monthly fee including all of your care.
Sounds too good to be truth? It's as simple as cleaning the liter box; I'm scooping the p**p of Healthcare to give a clean box and fresh experience to care.

With sunshine in the air I have been in spring cleaning mode in my home!
Your health isn't just biology, it's also about your environment. Take care of your space by keeping clean and covered (and keep calm). In the kitchen,
I recommend dawn dish detergent for more than just dirty dishes but I add this to a spray bottle and dilute with water as an every day surface cleaner with its anti-microbial properties!
