NOT the WEIGHT itself. The THING that keeps pulling you back.

Like…The nighttime snacking. The “I’ll start Monday” cycle. The constant food thoughts. The emotional eating. The all-or-nothing mindset. The scale controlling your mood. The self-sabotage.

I’m genuinely curious.

Drop yours below. 👇

I have a feeling a lot of us are carrying the same struggle and don’t even realize it.

If you’re worried because you still have urges…I actually want you to notice something else.

How long are you entertaining them?

Because there was a time when one thought about cookies turned into an entire night of overeating for you.

One craving became an internal debate. One urge became 30 minutes of negotiation. One emotion became a trip through the drive-thru.

Now? Maybe the thought still pops up.

But five seconds later you’ve already moved on. 💃🏼

You changed your attention. You kept walking. You ate dinner. You forgot about it.

That’s not nothing.

That’s your brain learning a new pattern. 💫

I still have urges.

The difference is they show up, I notice them, and then I throw them away like I hit delete on an email or throwing a napkin away.

No debate.No negotiation.No identity crisis.

Just…

“Nah. That’s not what we do.”

If you’re noticing your urges are getting easier to dismiss, do NOT overlook that.

That’s one of the BIGGEST signs you’re becoming the woman you said you wanted to be. ❤️

Maybe the reason you don’t feel like her yet...is because you keep making her wait.

You keep treating the life you want like it’s a reward you’ll earn someday.

When you lose the weight. When you make more money. When you’re more confident. When life calms down. When everything finally comes together.

But here’s what I’ve been realizing lately:

Every time we postpone something that would bring us joy now, we’re reinforcing the identity of a woman who’s still waiting.

Waiting to wear the clothes. Waiting to take the trip. Waiting to decorate the room. Waiting to take up space. Waiting to fully live.

And eventually waiting becomes who you are.

Not because you’re incapable.

Because you’ve PRACTICED WAITING more than you’ve PRACTICED BECOMING.

Oof.

The biggest transformations aren’t necessarily the most motivated.

They’re just the people who stop postponing themselves.
Who start acting like their life is happening now.

Because it is.

So let me ask you something...

What is one thing you’ve been telling yourself you’ll do “someday” that you could start today?

👇 Tell me

If you’ve realized you’ve been waiting for your life to calm down for years...and you’re done waiting...then this is your moment.

Because here’s the truth. You’re waiting for a version of life that doesn’t exist.

You think once things settle down you’ll finally have the time, the motivation, the energy, the consistency you’ve been looking for.

But then another vacation comes. Another holiday. Another stressful week. Another family obligation. Another Monday.

And another year goes by.

Can I ask you something? How many more summers are you willing to spend watching your own life from the sidelines?

How many more vacations are you going to promise yourself, Next one I’ll feel better in my own skin?

How many more Mondays are you going to hand your future away to?

At some point, you have to stop waiting for a different life and start leading the one you already have.

One of the women inside The Code said:

“This is the first program I’ve stayed with longer than three weeks without quitting on myself.”

She’s still showing up 12 weeks later.

Not because life got easier. Because she STOPPED waiting for it to.

That’s the transformation. Not all the weight she lost.

The woman she became.

So here’s my invitation:

If you’re done collecting reasons to wait...come collect evidence that you can stay.

I’m opening the doors early.

You can start tomorrow.

Comment CODE or send me a message.

Your future self doesn’t need another Monday.

She needs you to stop postponing her. ❤️

(I send all DMs personally. So if there’s a delay it’s because I haven’t seen it yet ❤️ hang tight)

Try this on…What if it isn’t the overeating that’s keeping you stuck?

What if it’s the meaning you attach to it?

Here’s the truth. If you overeat 3 or 4 times a month, your body is probably going to be just fine.

But if every single one of those moments turns into…i blew it or I’ll start over Monday. Maybe it’s..I’ve ruined everything or ugh..I’m so bad.

Then suddenly one meal becomes 3 days. 3 days become a week. A week becomes another month of staying exactly where you are.

The pattern was NEVER the food.

The pattern was giving up on yourself.

So instead of asking yourself…How do I stop overeating?

Ask yourself..What happened right before that? What was I feeling? What story did I start telling myself? Why did I let my old identity take the lead in that moment?

Because awareness changes people faster than shame ever will.

And the next time you have an imperfect moment...

Don’t ask yourself if you ruined your progress.

Ask yourself if you’re about to replay a pattern you’ve already lived a hundred times before.

Or if this is the moment you finally choose differently. ❤️

🎥 Girlfriend… stop leaving your own movie before the plot twist of your life.

You keep deciding how your story ends after the first 17 minutes.

And I wonder how many times you’ve walked away from something that was about to work.

NOT just fat loss! Your confidence. Your consistency. Your relationship with yourself.

Maybe the actual issue isn’t that your fat loss isn’t working. Maybe it’s that you keep leaving before it does. 😭

Maybe you’ve gotten so used to disappointment that you’ve stopped expecting things to work out for you.

So the second progress isn’t immediate…You leave.

The second it feels slow…You take off

The second doubt creeps in…You agree with the doubt and stop.

And every time you leave, you collect more evidence that you “always quit.”

But what if that isn’t your identity?

What if that’s just the pattern you’ve practiced the longest?

Imagine what your life would look like if you stayed this time.

If you stayed through the doubt.

Stayed through the slow weeks.

Stayed through the scale fluctuations.

Stayed long enough to finally meet the woman who’s been waiting for you on the other side of consistency.

Because I have a feeling she’s a whole lot closer than you think.

❤️ That’s exactly what Blueprint is about.

If you’ve been stuck in the restart loop for years, Blueprint was made for you.

Comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send it your way. ❤️

The biggest lie women tell themselves is..When I lose the weight, then I’ll become her.

No. You become her first.

That’s why you stay stuck. You are waiting for the scale to give you permission to think differently, to trust yourself and what you’re doing. To continue the journey. To act like the woman you want to become.

But the scale doesn’t create identity. Identity creates the behaviors that eventually create the result.

Most women are trying to use a future result to create a present version of themselves. It works the OPPOSITE way.

The woman who loses the weight and keeps it off isn’t waiting for the scale to tell her who she is.

She’s decides first. And then she practices being her.

Over.

And over.

And over again.

That’s why I teach identity before outcomes.

Because fat loss isn’t just about losing weight.

It’s about becoming a woman who no longer needs to start over.

A woman who trusts herself.

A woman who follows through.

A woman who doesn’t hand temporary emotions the steering wheel every time life gets uncomfortable.

The weight loss isn’t the goal.

The WOMAN is.

The weight is simply one of the rewards that comes with becoming her.

👇

What’s one thought from the “old you” that you’re no longer available for?

Comment CODE if you’re ready for that transformation. I’ll send it to you. I send them myself. So give me a few.

Buckle up.⬆️ Because the next 72 hours are going to show you who’s actually leading your life.

Not in theory. Not in the goals you wrote down.

In your DECISIONS❗️

WHEW.

Most women think they have a fat loss problem. What they actually have is a negotiation problem.

Every weekend they play with..One weekend won’t matter, I deserve it or I’ll be better next week.

And then you’re shocked when Monday feels exactly like the last Monday.

This weekend, don’t focus on being perfect. Just on collecting receipts. Like an experiment. No personalizing or judging. Just awareness. Like oh..that’s interesting about me..

How many times did you negotiate?

How many times did you hand the steering wheel to a temporary emotion?

How many times did you follow through even when you didn’t feel like it?

Because that’s the data that matters.

Who led this weekend? The woman you’ve been practicing that got you here…Or the woman you’re becoming?

I know this is hard to read but...you’re probably lying to yourself.

Not on purpose. Let’s be so for real. I do it. You do it. We all do it.

Our brains are really good at remembering what we INTENDED to do. Not necessarily what we ACTUALLY did.

And before you get defensive, stay with me.

You tell yourself you’ve been consistent.

You tell yourself you’ve been in a calorie deficit.

You tell yourself you’ve been eating really well.

You tell yourself you’ve been doing everything right.

But how much of that is based on ACTUAL REAL inventory?

And how much of it is based on how you FEEL like you’re doing?

Because FEELINGS are TERRIBLE record keepers.

If you’re in a fat loss phase and you’re not weighing your food, measuring portions, tracking accurately, and collecting actual data...

You don’t really know. You’re estimating. You’re hoping.

And estimation can add weeks, months, sometimes YEARS to a fat loss journey.

Because you’re making decisions based on assumptions not real data.

And what also sucks. A tortilla isn’t always the weight listed on the package.

A tablespoon of peanut butter is rarely a tablespoon.

The oil in the pan counts.

The bites while cooking count.

The handfuls count.

And they add up FAST 💨

This isn’t about becoming obsessive. It’s about truth, getting you there faster and about taking inventory.

📣 Because if you’re going to tell yourself fat loss isn’t working...You better have the receipts.🧾

Get a calendar 📅 Get some damn stickers 💃🏼

Hit your calories? Sticker.

Hit your protein? Sticker.

Hit your steps? Sticker.

Workout? Sticker.

Sleep 7+ hours? Sticker.

Then at the end of the month, look at it.

Do you have evidence?

Or do you have a STORY?

Because those are not the same thing.

And one of them will get you to your goal a whole lot faster.

K..I know that sucked. But love you and want you to win. 🥇

Do you realize how much authority you’ve given a number on a square piece of plastic? Seriously.

A number flashes across the screen and suddenly you’re questioning

• the process• your progress• your consistency• your ability to do this• whether it’s even working

📣 If a weigh in is enough to convince you that your fat loss isn’t working, you’re not using the scale as a tool.

You’re using it as a judge.

Because a tool HELPS you stay in the process. Not pull you out of it.

But that’s exactly what you are doing. The scale goes up.
Or maybe it doesn’t move. And immediately the negotiations begin.

“Maybe this isn’t working.”

“What’s the point?”

“I knew this would happen.”

“I’ll start fresh Monday.”

So let me ask you something...Why are you using a tool that keeps pulling you out of the process?

The scale is data. That’s it. It’s is ONE of many pieces of information.

My next client today that I’m getting ready to call after I post this. She is down 12 inches.

TWELVE.

And for 6-7 weeks the scale barely moved AT ALL but the fat is dripping off!!

Imagine if she had decided it wasn’t working because of a number.

Imagine if she ignored:

✔️ the inches lost✔️ her clothes fitting differently✔️ the fat coming off her body✔️ the promises she kept to herself✔️ the consistency she was building

Because a scale didn’t validate her fast enough.

The scale cannot tell you fat loss in real time. But your measurements can. Your photos can. Your clothes can.

And even better. The fact that you kept your word to yourself this week can too.

Stop giving a number more authority than the actual evidence.

Because if you want to succeed you canNOT let a weigh in decide whether you stay in it. ❤️
