Community Uplift Program We are a person-centered agency offering 1915i, 1915c, Community Connect, and Free Through Recovery.

Community Uplift Program was founded on the idea of inclusivity with emphasis on providing support, resources, and assistance in areas of mental health, recovery, housing stability, and more for anyone in the community. We currently offer care coordination and certified peer support services through Community Connect, Free Through Recovery, and 1915i. We also have a free legal kiosk and offer nota

rizing on a sliding fee scale. We believe that no matter who you are, where you come from, what you look like, or how much money you have, it shouldn’t prevent you from having a welcoming place to support you in challenging times. Support should also be provided during the positive times in your life. We believe in a person-centered approach and meet you where you’re at, no matter what phase of your journey you’re in.

Community Uplift Program is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated 1915(i) Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Care Coordinator, you'll work directly with participants to help connect them with services and supports that promote independence, wellness, and success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, advocating for others, and helping individuals navigate complex systems of care.

Happy Internet Self-Care Day!

Sometimes the best form of self-care is simply unplugging.

We spend so much of our time connected to our phones, social media, emails, news, and the constant stream of information around us. Taking a break from the internet can give our minds a chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect with what is happening right in front of us.

An internet detox doesn't have to mean disappearing completely. It might be putting your phone away for an hour, taking a break from social media, turning off notifications, or giving yourself permission to be unavailable for a little while.

Finding a healthy balance between being connected and giving yourself space can be an important part of self-care.

So today, consider logging off, looking up, and giving yourself a little breathing room.

You don't always have to be connected to be present.
