💚 What Is Mental Health? 💚
Mental health is about our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act, handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Just like physical health, it’s something we all have — and it can change over time.
Sometimes, our mental health may need extra care. Here are a few signs it might be struggling:
⚠️ Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or persistently sad
⚠️ Changes in sleep (too much or too little)
⚠️ Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed
⚠️ Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
⚠️ Withdrawing from friends, family, or activities
⚠️ Changes in appetite or energy levels
If you notice these signs, you’re not alone — and support is available. 💙
