A message from the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS)

Effective October 1, 2026, all attendants regardless of live-in status will be required to use an approved Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) method to submit all shifts.

Attendants may use the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) mobile application or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to clock in at the beginning of each shift and clock out at the end of each shift. When using the mobile application, attendants must have the GPS location turned on. If this feature is turned off, the shift will be considered non-compliant.

The web portal is not an approved EVV method. Shifts submitted through the web portal are considered non-compliant.

The Employer of Record (EOR) is responsible for ensuring that their attendants remain compliant with EVV requirements. Attendants who do not comply with EVV requirements may no longer be eligible to provide services to members participating in the Consumer Direction model of care.

❄️ Snow Storm Emergency Preparedness Reminder ❄️

At OnBoard LLC, the safety and well-being of the individuals and families we serve is always our priority. With winter weather and potential snow storms approaching, we want to encourage our Waiver families and caregivers to take a few simple steps to prepare ahead of time.

Helpful Winter Storm Preparedness Tips:
• Ensure you have at least 3–5 days of medications, medical supplies, and backup equipment (chargers, batteries, oxygen, etc.).
• Keep emergency contact numbers easily accessible, including caregivers, family members, and medical providers.
• Prepare an emergency kit with food, water, flashlights, blankets, hygiene items, and any special dietary needs.
• Make a plan for power outages, including how medical or assistive equipment will be managed if electricity is lost.
• Check in on neighbors or family members who may also need support during severe weather.

If you receive Waiver services, please remember to notify your Service Facilitator if a storm impacts your safety, access to care, or scheduled services. We are here to help support you during emergencies.
