It is truly an honor for Prima Elements to have the connections and opportunities that allow us to influence, inspire, and help shape the way others view wellness through the practice of Yoga. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌿

Yoga is so much more than movement. It is an opportunity to introduce people to the power of intentional breath, mindfulness, self-awareness, mobility, and a deeper connection with themselves.

✨ Reiki in the Evening ✨

There’s something about Reiki after the doors are closed that makes it our practitioner’s favorite time to practice. 🌙

The stillness. The quiet. No phones ringing, no conversations, no movement from the day—just you, the energy, and an opportunity to receive, release, and restore.

When the lights are low and no one else is around, Prima takes on an entirely different energy. 💜

🚨 WHAT IF YOUR BODY ISN’T FAILING YOU… WHAT IF IT’S ASKING FOR SOMETHING IT’S MISSING? 👀🌿

This is Adrian’s REAL story — and the results still amaze me.

A few years ago, Adrian started developing a bald spot right in the center of his scalp. What began about the size of a dime continued growing until it was nearly the size of a HALF DOLLAR. 😳

We knew we needed answers.

We had him tested for Lyme disease and explored other possible causes. His Lyme test came back negative. As we continued looking at what was happening, we believed mineral deficiency could be playing a role.

So we focused on nourishment from within. 🌿
