Hello September, I welcome you with an open heart. 🤎

There’s something about this month that has always felt sacred to me. Maybe it’s the shift in the air, the arrival of Virgo season, the promise of a fresh chapter… or maybe it’s because September is the month I was born.

Spiritually, September carries the energy of 9 — a number connected to completion, wisdom, release, spiritual growth, and the closing of cycles.
And this year, that meaning feels especially personal.

September is a month of celebration and remembrance for me.

- I celebrate another year of life.
- I embrace my Virgo energy — reflection, intention, discernment, healing, and becoming.
- I welcome the changing season and everything it reminds me about letting go.
- And yes… I fully intend to enjoy ALL things pumpkin spice. 😂🎃

But September also carries memories of my parents and the days they departed this earthly life.

So this month reminds me that joy and grief can exist in the same heart.

I can miss them deeply and still laugh.
I can remember what I lost and still celebrate what remains.
I can honor the people who helped give me life while being grateful for the life I am still blessed to live.

Perhaps that is part of the spiritual lesson of 9:
Honor what has completed.
Release what cannot come with you.
Carry forward the wisdom.
And make room for what is beginning.

So I am not entering September focused only on what this month has taken from me. I am choosing to honor everything it has given me, too.

The 369 Method is a manifestation practice rooted in intentional repetition and energetic alignment designed to help you intentionally focus your thoughts, emotions, and daily actions toward a meaningful goal.

You choose one clear desire, then write it:
3 times in the morning to set the tone for your day
6 times in the afternoon to reinforce your intention
9 times at night to anchor it into your subconscious

While many people associate manifesting with spiritual beliefs, psychology also recognizes that repeated, intentional self-talk and visualization can influence attention, motivation, confidence, and behavior.

Practices like affirmations, journaling, visualization, and goal-setting can help strengthen new thought patterns and support intentional action.

By repeating your desire in this structured rhythm, you’re training your mind to focus, elevating your vibration, and signaling to the universe what you’re ready to receive.

This method isn’t about forcing outcomes—it’s about aligning your thoughts, energy, and actions with the reality you’re creating.

Use this practice daily to strengthen clarity, deepen trust, and open yourself to the manifestations already on their way.

✨ Healing Your Inner Child ✨

The child you once were is still a part of the person you are today.

Sometimes that younger version of you still carries fears, unmet needs, painful memories, or beliefs that were formed long before you had the ability to understand them. Those experiences can quietly influence how you love, trust, communicate, set boundaries, and see yourself.

Inner child healing isn't about blaming your parents or staying stuck in the past.

It's about gently asking:
💛 What did I need?
💛 What did I learn about myself?
💛 What do I need today to feel safe, seen, and loved?

Healing means becoming the safe, compassionate adult your younger self deserved.

As you heal, you may begin to:
✨ Build healthier relationships
✨ Strengthen your self-worth
✨ Set boundaries without guilt
✨ Regulate emotions with greater ease
✨ Replace shame with self-compassion
✨ Reconnect with joy, creativity, and authenticity

Remember—healing isn't linear. Some days you'll feel strong, and other days your inner child may ask for a little extra kindness. Both are part of the journey.

Take a deep breath.
Offer yourself grace.
Your younger self is rooting for the person you're becoming. 🌿💜

Attachment styles are more than relationship patterns—they're adaptive responses your nervous system developed to help you feel safe.

From a therapeutic perspective, secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment styles often reflect early experiences of connection, safety, trust, and emotional regulation. These patterns can influence how we communicate, set boundaries, experience intimacy, and respond to conflict.

From a holistic and spiritual perspective, some people understand attachment wounds as energetic survival patterns, emotional imprints, unmet inner child needs, fear-based protection mechanisms, or even generational and ancestral relationship conditioning that continue to influence how we give and receive love.

The beautiful part? These patterns are not permanent.

With self-awareness, healthy relationships, nervous system regulation, boundaries, inner child healing, and therapy, you can move toward greater security and healthier connections.

Healing doesn't mean becoming perfect. It's about learning that love can feel safe, vulnerability can become strength, and connection doesn't have to come at the expense of your peace.

Last week, I had the chance to step away from the busyness of life and enjoy a much-needed midweek girls' getaway with a dear friend. 💛

We spent our time hiking, walking, laughing, talking, and simply being present in the beautiful mountains of Mt. Lemmon. It was exactly what my heart and soul needed.

As the rain fell, I couldn't help but see it as a reminder that sometimes we all need a cleansing—a chance to wash away stress, release what we've been carrying, and begin again. The mountains reminded me to keep climbing, even when the journey feels steep. Growth happens one step at a time.

Even Ace loved every mini hike and stopped often to take in the breathtaking views. 🐾⛰️

If there's one thing this trip reaffirmed for me, it's this:

✨ Slow down.
✨ Make time for the people who fill your cup.
✨ Unplug from the noise.
✨ Give yourself permission to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Your mind deserves it.
Your body needs it.
Your soul will thank you.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause long enough to remember who you are beneath all the responsibilities. 🌿💚

Not all apologies heal the same. 💜

Some people need to hear:
“I was wrong.”

Others need to see changed behavior, accountability, effort, or genuine emotional remorse.

The 5 apology languages remind us that repair in relationships is deeper than simply saying “I’m sorry.”

Healing happens when apologies are communicated in a way the other person can actually receive.
✨ Expressing Regret
✨ Accepting Responsibility
✨ Making Restitution
✨ Genuinely Repenting
✨ Requesting Forgiveness

Sometimes unresolved hurt isn’t because there was never an apology… it’s because the apology didn’t speak to the wound.
