That satisfying back or neck crack? 👀

We get it. Sometimes you crack your neck or back and instantly feel a little looser, lighter, or more comfortable.

But here’s the thing: feeling better doesn’t always mean you fixed the problem.

When you repeatedly crack your own neck or back, you’re often moving the areas that are easiest to move—not necessarily addressing what’s causing the stiffness or discomfort in the first place.

And if you find yourself constantly thinking, “I just need to crack my back,” throughout the day, that’s worth paying attention to.

The goal shouldn’t be to constantly chase that temporary “ahhh” feeling.

The goal is to figure out WHY your body keeps asking for it.

Your body is giving you information. Let’s listen to it instead of just cracking it. 😉🧠

This is something we’re starting to hear more and more as we get closer to the end of the year.

You’ve used your covered chiropractic visits… now what? You don’t have to stop care and wait for your benefits to reset.

Your insurance simply determines what they will contribute toward your care. We have cash-pay options, discounted packages, and memberships that can help make continuing care more affordable once you've reached your insurance limit.

And in some cases, the difference in what you’re paying per visit may be much smaller than you think.

Your health doesn’t have to wait for your insurance benefits to renew. ❤️

Running late or can’t make your appointment? Please let us know as soon as possible!

The sooner we know, the better we can adjust our schedule and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Even arriving 20 minutes late can have a ripple effect on the rest of the day’s appointments.
