Thinking about getting lash extensions or already obsessed with yours? Here are a few things every lash client should know! 🤍

🫧 CLEAN THEM DAILY
Yes, even though they’re extensions! Your lashes collect oil, makeup, sweat + debris. Gentle daily cleansing helps keep the lash line clean and can support better retention.

👀 SHEDDING IS NORMAL
Your natural lashes naturally grow and shed, so seeing an extension fall out with a natural lash attached is completely normal. We can naturally lose around 1–8 lashes a day.

📆 FILLS EVERY 2–3 WEEKS
As your natural lashes shed, the extensions go with them. Regular fills help keep your set looking full and even. Waiting too long can mean you need a full set instead of a fill.

🚫 DON’T PICK OR PULL
Your extensions should never hurt or feel heavy. Picking, pulling or repeatedly putting tension on the natural lash can contribute to damage.

✨ RETENTION IS A TEAM EFFORT
Your lash artist controls the application—but your aftercare plays a BIG role in how your extensions look between appointments.

The sauna helps ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote detoxification, while the salt room supports respiratory health, relaxation, and clearer breathing.
Together they create the perfect restorative escape for the skin, mind and body.

$1 per minute
$99 Monthly Membership - 4-30 min sessions in each room per week.
Only want Sauna or Salt? $50 per month memberships available.
Sessions cannot be carried over.
