Come for a beginner-friendly workout, visit our local vendors, and help support breast cancer awareness. You’re welcome to stop by and shop even if you aren’t joining the workout!

8 workouts for $49
Tuesdays at 6 PM + Saturdays at 9 AM
Facebook community group with healthy meal ideas, daily encouragement, and support between classes

Building Aligned Wellness one step at a time 🤎

Alongside growing the fitness and community side of Aligned, I’ve started pursuing my Master’s in Functional Nutrition with the goal of bringing nutrition-focused services into Aligned Wellness in 2027.

Movement is only one piece of wellness, and I’m so excited to keep learning, growing, and continue building a space that supports women through movement, nutrition, and community.

There’s so much more coming, and I’m really excited for what Aligned Wellness is becoming. ✨
