Most people don’t realize how often they stay in a stressed state throughout the day.

Breathing is one of the fastest ways to change that.

By simply slowing your exhale, you signal your body that it’s safe to relax. Heart rate slows, tension decreases, and recovery can actually begin.

Try this:
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 seconds

Repeat for 4–5 breaths

Her background includes leadership in cardiac care, where she helped launch a structural heart program and spent over a decade advancing patient outcomes.

Today, as BLU’s Health and Wellness Manager, she helps guide individuals through a more personalized, longevity-focused approach to health.

She integrates science, movement, and mindfulness to help people improve how they feel, move, and perform every day, while supporting their long-term health goals.

With certifications in personal training, EMS, and yoga, along with experience as an endurance athlete, she lives out what she teaches.

Her focus is simple: helping people live stronger, healthier and purposeful lives.
