Healing isn’t only physical. 💜
We can spend so much time focusing on what our bodies need—nutrition, rest, movement, hormones, gut health—and those things matter.
But healing for the soul matters, too.
Sometimes we walk through seasons when God feels quiet. And quiet can feel lonely, especially when we’re hurting, waiting, praying, or wondering what He is doing.
But His silence does not mean His absence.
Psalm 139 reminds us that His thoughts toward us are more numerous than the grains of sand—and when we wake, He is still with us.
Maybe some of our deepest healing begins when we stop measuring God's presence by what we can see or feel and simply rest in the truth that He is here.
Mind. Body. Spirit.
It all matters. 🌿💜
“...when I wake up, you are still with me.”
