Let's talk about the 30 day Rice Experiment 🌾 Share your pictures and experience below 👇🏼 How did it Go for you? What are your thoughts? Honestly I stopped after about 8 days. I didn't like the negative talking to the rice jar. I have worked so hard on my personal dialogue. I felt like lil Christy was listening and I was speaking to her. I don't think I let the cooked rice cool, either. Mine is still wet in the jars 😆 I got some valuable lessons and reminders from this experiment ❄️ I have had some people text me amazing pictures of their post rice experiment and showing the power of words. September is here and Fall in Near 🍂 This is my last month of doing massage therapy,I will officially retire on September 31st. After 25 amazing years in the craft 🙏🏼 This is going to make room for new opportunities, energies and allow me to hold space for you in a different way. Last night was the first FULL MOON Intuitive Painting event and it won't be the last. We had a blank canvas to release our feelings and emotions onto. I offered Ceremony Cacao to open up our hearts and sound and vibration therapy to help move the energy and emotions so they can be transferred into the canvas. The talented Artist Crystal Snow guided and helped the art keep flowing. Thank you Crystal, together we held space for them to create, express, release and feel safe. Art is such a powerful therapy and a beautiful way to release and create. Some put words and names of people and situations that caused them pain onto the canvas. Others painted their thoughts and feelings. We went through the entire chakra system and meaning for each color.The Energy of the Full Moon illuminated our Shadows we try to protect and keep at bay. These brave and beautiful ladies are all experiencing different things at different levels and stages. WoW all their artwork was different, powerful and purposeful. Amazing job everyone. Thank you for trusting me and trusting the process. So proud of you all and grateful to share sacred space and energy 🙌🏼💜 🌝 Christy

I am still trying to find words to describe the Joy and Gratitude I have in my Heart for last night Neon Glow Floating Sound Bath at Laughlin Ranch Pool Experience ✨🙏🏼 We were blessed with 57 people that showed up to enjoy the peace and relaxation of sound and vibration therapy. Most were floating in the beautiful pool and some lay out grounded in the grass. THANK YOU THANK YOU all soooooooo Much for trusting me with your journey and energy. Last night was a beautiful experience and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for all your support 🙌🏼 A big shout out to Brenda at Rising Spirit Healing, Kristen at Cultivate Energy Yoga and Mona at Joyful Henna for coming down from Kingman. My soul Brother Angel and his wife joined us from Searchlight,Nv. Always a pleasure to see Nicole w/ The Local Luxe Review ,Amanda w/ Bridge To You and Darling Dee w/Gun Boss AZ ✨ All the locals love and support truly means the world to me.
