This morning the kids had scrambled eggs with cheese cooked in grass-fed butter, blueberry bagels, applesauce, and all natural juice. Simple, balanced, and filling 🙌🏼

One little tip for moms this summer: don’t be afraid to include healthy fats in your kids meals. Healthy fats can help keep them fuller longer, support growing bodies and brains, and help avoid the I’m hungry again! every five minutes 😂💛

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Small intentional choices add up over time.
